My experience with Skypass Travel has been a complete disaster. We took a family trip June and we thought we had paid for everything upfront with our sales agent. When it was time to pick up our rental cars nothing had been paid for when we paid for everything in the package. Once we got back and told them everything that happened the Manager and Sales agent did absolutely NOTHING to fix it. Instead they stated it wasnt paid for. For this reason I will NEVER use not only this agency but any other agency to book vacation needs.
