Well they have some god reservation system in place through which they are able to manage decent air ticket prices. Having said that I would like to say that I have never seen a ruder service providing company ever. They talk to you like they are doing some favor to you by booking air tickets for you. I wouldnt personally recommend this company. It is always better to pay a bit more and get courteous service than to deal with this company. P.S. The review is based on my personal experience with the agency.

The most horrible experience in my life. OMG. I had to rate them 1 as i cannot give them negative 1. When I called to explain the hospitalization, and that we are having a family emergency, Trupti Dixit responded yelling and how tired she was for listening to all this. Over the last 20 years have worked with so many agencies but never had this horrible an experience.

Just speaking to these people on the phone was an awful experience. Will not do business with them. They have horrible attitudes!
