This place is a joke. I called this morning and explained to the woman on the phone that I needed my hair colored, I had all the supplies. I asked if they could do that and she said yeah, $30 for coloring If I had all the supplies. So I brought them all in and she said oh, I didnt ask how long your hair is, its $40 for long hair. And I said thats fine, I know I have a lot of hair. Then another worker yelled "she wants all that done?? Ugh. No, we dont feel like doing that today." After they already had me go put the cover on. So the first woman turns around to me and says "sorry, she says no. We thought it was roots only." And I asked why they thought that? I said on the phone all of my hair and she even just told me more for long hair. She clearly knew I wasnt talking about my roots. They just decided they didnt want to do anything today and they all went back to sitting in their chairs on their phones.

I had called the day before to schedule an appointment for my toddler bc we didnt want to wait but she refused to take one and kept telling me to just come in. She reassured me that they did cut hair for toddlers. We showed up at 10am when they opened according to the employee. She said she had 2 people to do first and refused again to have me schedule an appointment and kept telling me there were only 2 people she had to do first. So I waited with my toddler. She did a terrible job cutting his hair even with the clippers. There are still chunks of his hair where she missed. Then she proceeded to use the smaller clippers to "trim" his neck line without asking me first. Him being a toddler, he obviously did not stay still and his neckline is crooked, jagged, and uneven. I wouldnt trust her to cut a dolls hair. Never again.

They insisted to do an online appointment with their app which I did and the app gave me 3pm. You would think that by using the app it would give you the most accurate appointment. I was wrong. When I showed up at 3 they kept taking people just for their words like, "I was here before..." and I waited 30 minutes and just left for GC which gave me excellent service and right on time. And their web appointment, not the app, really works.

Didnt like how they cut my 12 month old babys hair I told the lady a trim just the front and back they took the clippers to his hair and made a mess out of it they are only getting 1 star because thats the only way I can write a review
