I went there to dye my hair and I was very excited about it. I have been told that y hair is alot n also long, it isnt even that long, that I have to pay extra which, later, I found out that it is way expensive than other salons. I was okey with the price, as long as I got professional service. However, the reverse was the truth. I ended up having the worst hair color ever. The color was only in the roots of my hair n the rest was as it was. I told her that I didnt like the color n she said I could come back the day after n they are going to fix it. She cut my hair n I left. When I got home I checked the color n hair cut n it was miserable. I called her back n told her yhat the hair cut wasnt good n I dont like the hair color. She told me her manager is going to fix it for me. I went there and he fixed the hair cut but asked me to come back again for the color. I said ok n returned back after 3 hrs again. He put some highlights n some color but still I keep on telling him what I want n again he didnt do it right. Infact it was the same as before as I havent seen any color at the edge of my hair. I told him that he didnt do it right but he was in a hurry n told me to come back for the THIRD TIME, if I dont like it!!! .....are u kidding me.....is my hair some kind of laboratory where he experiments his chemicals n dont they know that I have other imprortant things to do besides going to their salon.........where is what they call customer services.........I never got the service I deserved n will never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I was a returning patron. I had an appointment at 3:20. I walk in at 3:20. The stylist is talking to another person - no one is in her chair at this point - sees me and has a sick look on her face. The desk attendant says Ill have to wait. I say I have an appointment at 3:20. By this time Ive been there a couple of minutes and the desk attendant says "Its 3:23." My watch said 3:20 when I entered. The chair was EMPTY when I entered. If this is how this establishment honors appointments and treats retuning patrons it is a problem. But not to worry, Ive solved the problem. Ill not be returning. Its a shame, but the churlish shrew has cost this stylist 2 patrons as the woman I normally bring for a haircut will not be returning either. Good day. The one thing I will give five stars here for? Poor Customer Service: *****

So my mom went here maybe almost a year ago. Let me tell you her hair was a MESS. Honestly I could do better than what the stylist did my mom asked for a bob and she even showed a picture of what she wanted. The were friendly and treated her well but when the stylist was done it looked liked messed up layers. My mom did not realize how bad it was until she got home. I felt bad for her because it looked so bad. Later she let I grow out a little and then she let beauty brands fix they really couldnt do much because it was so bad but it looked much better then the trash done at super cuts.

Ive been going here for the past couple years. Im a pretty easy customer so I am pretty much in and out within probably 15 mins or so. Services is usually pretty good. I have not experience any rudeness. They are pretty professional as far as I have observed. They usually cut it the way I like but it really depends on who it is that day. I usually dont complain either way. Anyways, pretty typical experience of these types of Hair services.

I have been going there for two years now and never had a bad cut. I see complaints about people doing a better job then the stylist there and it cracks me up because I bet you really cant. Also if you are going there to get the ritzy salon treatment by a guy named Ricardo that would charge you $200 dollars and would take his time ensuring that your haircut looks great...well then dont. Its supercuts, not Hair by Ricardo...

The Hispanic Lady here handled my hair PERFECTLY! It was a head message and a haircut all in one! I LOVED it! I might be a regular here since its near my second job at Staples . My hair grows back fast within two weeks to a month at the most. I left a good tip for the lady that did my hair so well :D

I usually just come here for my bimonthly hair shaving, so I cant really evaluate their acumen for anything more demanding, but I do like that they get the job done with a minimum of conversation and at a reasonable price (especially if you use one of their plentiful coupons.)

Go here and ask for Jennifer (Chinese-American lady) who is very nice, professional, fast, and will make sure you are happy so that you will keep coming back again and again as I have (for almost 8 or 9 years now).

Ive never had a bad experience.admittedly Ive never asked for anything more than a basic mens haircut but its always been ok.the haircutters have always been very pleasant.
