Short version: Exceptional experience, Friendly service, Excellent Haircut, WILL return. Longer Version: I was out running errands and needed a place to get my hair cut. I called ahead, got my name on the list, waited maybe 15 minutes, and received an EXCELLENT haircut. I dont like anything fancy, but I do care about what I look like, and the gal who serviced me was personable, eager, joyful, and precise in what she did, even doubled checking with me to make sure it was what I wanted. There were only two of them in there, but because of the attitude and work ethic they displayed, it felt like there were 4 of them in there. They were polite, hard-working, and very business-like. I felt like I was handled more than adequately especially for later in the afternoon when they were only an hour and a half away from closing. Definitely will return as I was given coupons and a punch card, on top of the already well-performed and executed haircut. Usually places get a bad rap on Google reviews because 90-95% of people who go and have a good/decent/excellent service dont say anything here. Most of the time the Google reviews only state the horrible side because egregious people want to vent their fury to the world because their experience was less than kosher. However, I have decided to start writing reviews to help those who want to make an informed decision based on the average user on an average day. Hopefully you find this helpful from the "Average Joe."

Awful customer service, long unnecessary wait, and dirty store. I used to go to this location about 2 years ago and it was always great. Since then the staff has been awful any time my roommate or I try to go. I walked in and there were 3 employees there, no one getting their hair done, and a bunch of people waiting. So I was 4th in line while the staff just walks around the store talking to each other, not even cleaning up the hair on the ground so when it was my turn I had to walk through all the old hair (I shouldve left at that point). A woman with blond-ish curly hair with an accent did my hair and all she talked about was how "disgusting" and "oily" my hair was. Aside from that she didnt say anything the whole time except to talk to the hairdresser next to her who was also silently doing a mans hair. My roommate went a couple weeks after me and the same woman did her hair and just insulted her hair the whole time as well.

I have been coming here for years. This place is fast, professional, and they have a very friendly talented crew. They have some turn over, but its not anything compared to other Supercuts locations. The thing is this location is a franchise location and the owner has done a splendid job along with the Manager in being consistent. You know what to expect each time you come in for a haircut or color. Its very neat and clean. I mean there is NO dust on the products. I posted lots of pics so that itself should tell you that though this is a Supercuts, you can expect a Neiman Marcus Salon experience! Think no more.. download the Supercuts App from your App Store and reserve your spot. (They take walk-ins of course, but the App is really good to have.) Ask for a frequent customer stamp card so you can get a free haircut!!

Do yourself a huge favor and find a better place to get your hair cut. I have never had such a bad experience as I have had at this place. I clearly communicated with the hairdresser what I wanted, most of all not short hair!! We had a clear understanding and I got the exact opposite of what we had discussed. SHOCKING is what it was. I now have a pixie hair cut. HOW does that happen other then just flat out incompetence. When the manger came over to talk to me, his attitude was indifference, he was sorry, but its hair, it will grow back, it was insult on top of injury. I will not be going back there ever again, the bad haircut was just to awful to risk again and is just unacceptable on every level

No patience for children! An older Hispanic male stylist gave my 2year old son a mean, dirty look and asked me "does he cry?". Yes, hes 2! He was totally rude and unprofessional. While the rest of the staff hid in the back. Who wants to get a hair cut with that attitude? Weve never had a problem cutting his hair here until today. Stop hiring people who dont like their job.

I asked a lady standing outside when I walked up could she cut my hair. She said the other stylists can do "black hair". So I sent my 14 year old son up there about 3 p.m. today and they didnt cut African American hair. Sad as an organization you choose to not to learn various textures and styling techniques. How do you make money?

Ive come here twice in the last 2 months. Different people cut my hair each time. Happy with both cuts! I wasnt sure what I wanted and asked for changes in both visits, and they were happy to work with me.
