Kathy Platt and the staff at Medical Massage of Plano has had a huge impact on our family’s lives--- from CURING my husband’s Plantar Fasciitis, which had been causing him constant pain for years, to helping our teenage son with mood swings and fatigue. Through hair analysis, massage therapy, dietary and nutritional counseling and supplementation, both of my children, my husband, and myself now lead much happier and healthier lives. In addition, I have referred Kathy and her staff to dozens of people and every one of them has had glowing things to say about the care and treatment that they received! We had no idea that there were simple cures for the various conditions we suffered with including fatigue, aches and pains, allergies, and more. My husband went here on our wedding day because I insisted so much he pamper himself. If I knew hed be cut all over from his shave on our wedding day, I wouldve never suggested it. He got a shave and hair style. I wasnt impressed by either. I called and no one answered, called again and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then I was given the opportunity to leave a review via email after about a week, and described my husbands experience there and never heard back! Horrible customer service and horrible job on the shave. I still feel guilty about it.

Ive been three times now, and because of the consistent, excellent service from Lettie, Im almost ready to take the plunge and get a membership. Lettie really pays attention to the details, and she has great insight. I really value her advice and expertise. The Benchmark is wonderful. Most places that offer a higher-end service with a haircut will sometimes just pat you on the back a few times, rub a palm over your cheeks, and call it pampering. Not here. I feel totally relaxed when I walk out. Highly recommended.

I am a return customer to this location and they do a great job. Initially, went to them 3 years ago when I was new to the area and got frustrated. However, they have changed owners and the way the business operates now is so much better. Kaley who has been my cutting hair is fun and does a great job. The online booking system is easy and makes setting an appointment a breeze.

Sensational! I have been going for just over a year now and I could not be happier. Yes, one will pay more for the Boardroom treatment, but its not exactly a fee of biblical proportions. The staff is talented, kind and accommodating. The only thing that could make things better would be an in-house deli, but I can see where that would be problematic. Thanks Boardroom.

I have been a member of the Boardroom since it opened at the Lakeside location. It has always been a good value but under the new ownership, it is now a GREAT experience. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to busy schedules. The stylists are extremely talented and I am always relaxed after I visit. I highly recommend a membership at The Boardroom at Lakeside.

I have MS. Kathy has been very instrumental in the on-going management of my disease. Having a "medical massage" as opposed to a traditional, "relaxation" massage has eliminated the use of one of my pain medications and assisted with nerve conduction and circulation to my legs. I have less pain, better balance, and fluidity. I would encourage anyone with MS to give it a try.

Used to be a nice place, and a friend and I had memberships but no longer go there. Lets just say the entire staff has turned over and not for the better. On my last trip, they had even hired a guy to cut hair. You can pretty much get the same treatment and view at any other place at a quarter of the price.

Scheduled an appointment to get a shave. Fought 40 minutes of traffic to get there, only to be told they scheduled me for the wrong appointment and didnt have more than 15 min for me. 2/2 on bad experiences with Boardroom. Never going back.

It seems like the guy wanted to prove how smart he was. He said he did a lot in my $120 hour, but I felt no different after leaving. Im thinking this place must be a scam. I felt WAY ripped off after leaving and my back still aching.
