I have never experienced such awful customer service. I booked here with Emily in December (drove 3 hours from where I live to have my hair done by Emily) and I came in, checked in and told them I was walking to the back to the restroom. I come back and they had sat another client in Emilys chair. I waited a few minutes then asked if I had my appointment time wrong or something...the client they sat with emily had the same first name as I did and they put her with the wrong hair stylist. (Didnt bother to be sure it was the right client) I ended up having my hair done by Jesse (who the other girl had booked with) because they would not sit the client with the right stylist since they already started the color. (Somewhat understandable I guess) and I had driven over 3 hours to have my hair done...so I wasnt going to just leave without having it done. Emily and Ashley were very apologetic but no one else was. Jesse hardly spoke two words to me as she did my hair, much less apologize for the situation. On top of that, she didnt do what I asked for my hair at all. I let Ashley dry it before I complained because I wanted to really be able to see the color before I jumped to it not being right. It looked exactly as it did when I came in, only more orange. I have naturally very dark hair so blondes can be hard to pull, but I already had a lot of light tones in my hair and it came out darker and warmer! When I asked for more/brighter blonde. Then I call back today, thinking I could try and book with Emily again and they hung up on me! I didnt pay for the color with Jesse because of the whole situation and because the owner said she would take care of it, turns out all she took care of was putting a note on my file that I did not pay, and just left! So they tried to tell me I could not rebook until they collected that payment, she then said "one moment let me go talk to her" ...then hung up the phone! Its a shame that this place is so poorly ran because I do believe that some of the stylists here are phenomenal, but everything else is very unorganized and unprofessional.

I had the worst experience here but only because of my stylist. I was a bleach and tone for 5 years and wanted to soften the harsh root line to blend my natural color to the bleach. She basically painted dark color for the "root shadow" on 6 inches of my pretty blonde hair and then didnt add blonde back into it to blend my roots. (Probabaly because my hair couldnt take any more chemicals) which I completely understand but I went in for a consultation 6 weeks prior and was told otherwise. Obviously, she just wanted my money. When they took me upstairs to dry my hair, I had dark roots and blonde ends. I payed $350 for a service that I didnt receive and she refused to fix it because she "did what I asked for". She later posted false before and after pictures of my hair on her instagram page. My before picture (of my extremely grown out roots) with an after picture of a somebody elses pretty blonde hair. She then verbally attacked me on social Media when somebody called her out about the fake photo. Its ironic though, because I actually found Emily through instagram and was impressed with her work but after realizing that she posts pictures of two different people it makes more sense. Very unprofessional and childish. The salon was very nice but employing stylist like that is a representation of the establishment. Embarrassing.

Horrible customer service... someone missed a step or something wasnt done right... I ended up with BLUE hair! I wanted a simple balyage ... but got blue hair, then they tried to correct it by using 5 different toners ...never asked my preference ... just let other assistants finish the job.... Emily left me to go assist another customer.... my hair was...as Emily put it..:"tooooo busy"... but that didnt matter... I was sent home with all those different tones in my hair ... including the blue...to them it was fixed... I spent sometime with some of my friends and they all told me my ends and some strands still looked blue.... so I called the FORM salon and went in the next day to have them fix it, I was not happy!!! They did an all over color... dark brown... didnt even ask my opinion or preference on color... & when I washed it at home the color faded ... waking up to stained/ colored pillowcases/ pillows was not cool! Here are some pictures to prove the story... handled extremely bad! I asked for the money back to have some else fix it and they refused...I also woke up w the grays not covered, even after all the color in my hair, and at least three different tones in my hair!!! I guess they dont know how to work with Latina hair....Dont go get your hair done there, unless you want blue hair!!!!

I went to Form for the first time on Saturday. Due to a recent bad experience with the salon I used to go to, I was looking for a new stylist for a cut and color correction. I found Form through searching for Dallas salons that offer balayage. I was super hesitant to go to a place that had all five-star reviews, but I needed to get a haircut anyway, so I made an appointment for a cut first. My haircut appointment was with Ashtyn. She is wonderful!!! She asked a lot of questions in order to give me an amazing haircut. I have gotten so many compliments since I got it cut on Saturday. I have to do a color correction (due to aforementioned bad experience), and Ashtyn introduced me to Emily. I showed Emily a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like, and she looked at my hair and told me the number of appointments it would take and the estimated cost. You can tell that employees here care about the quality of service that their clients receive. I am looking forward to my return visit with Emily! Thank you Ashtyn and Emily for the phenomenal quality of service you provide. You have a loyal client after just one visit :)

Orlena is simply the best. You need someone who is patient and actually loves what she does, see Orlen. I have a lot, and I mean A LOT of hair, which means my hair appointments are long and take a lot of work, but Orlena makes it enjoyable and she makes sure your hair comes out how you want it. When I first got my hair done by her, I wanted balayage and she delivered! She made sure it was the right tone and let me know how/what she was doing so I knew what was happening the whole time. It was fantastic! Then of course I made the mistake to help a friend at another beauty school to do my hair what was supposed to be pastel blue...of course thats not what happened, but who came in to save the day, Orlena! Now I have this beautiful silvery-lavender hair, much much better than the aqua that unfortunately happened. And by Orlenas magical hands my hair is still healthy! I wouldnt let anyone else touch my hair, no one cares as much as Orlena does! 5 stars for sure!!
