Horrible Experience and I will never return to this location. This was my third visit to the Boardroom in Addison. In my opinion, I have seen more professionalism in a Super Cuts. For $55 + tip, you shouldnt hear complaints and cursing. I couldnt get to an appointment until 7pm so that is when I went in. After working for 11 hours myself I dont need to hear from the stylist that she has been on her feet 10 hours that day, and just wants to get my cut over with so she could go home. While getting my hair cut, another stylist begins to talk about her Mom and calls her a B(&#$ and then drops an F-Bomb! This really surprised me, as I thought this was a classy establishment. While getting my hair washed, the two stylists and another customer began talking about what happens when they get stoned and high! I wanted to walk out right then, but was unable to do so. Finally, I know it is a place for men, but the girls at Twin Peaks up the street show less cleavage then these women did. Have a little bit of dignity and class. Probably the worst part was that when asked to fill out a survey, I stated all of this information. The manager, Anna Taylor, called to leave me a message saying she was sorry I "Perceived" their service that way! Really?!?! "Perceived". Not sure there is another way to "perceive" using foul language in front of a customer. Wow! Might try another Boardroom, but will never go to the one in Addison again. Wish I could give it zero stars.

My fellow bearded gentlemen, not only is this place amazing, but Ashley is the Beard Whisperer. Seriously, Ive never gotten so many compliments as I get the day after Ashleys cut my hair and beard. If youre new to the Boardroom, the experience can go a couple ways: fast or the most relaxing thing youve done all year. Fast is a pretty reasonable price, but for a few dollars more youll walk out having forgotten all your problems from the day! Across the board Ashley crushes both directions though. Ive had to do quick haircuts before and shes easily the fastest (and most detailed) stylist Ive ever had, but I almost always spring for the bench mark. Either way, the beer and atmosphere are a great way to get your hair cut. Ive been to 3 different locations and never really settled into requesting a stylist by name until now. Best part: Ashley will freehand your beard trim with scissors, and shes AMAZING at it. Clippers near the beard youve worked on are scary as hell, so Im really appreciative of her "OCDness" (her word) surrounding beard trimming. Lastly, she is also the best Bench Mark Ive gotten at any of the Boardrooms. She doesnt jibber jabber on during the relaxing parts, and gives a helluva scalp / face / hand massage. Cool lady, craftsmanship level hair and beard trims and great atmosphere. You wont regret Ashleys work! Its the highlight of my month.

I came into Addison for a Benchmark yesterday and had Stylist Anna Taylor for the first time. She was FANTASTIC. Was no nonsense, asked all the right questions and actually got me engaged in the experience. As someone that doesn’t typically like talking during haircuts, I was surprised to find myself actually getting involved in the conversation and asking her questions. Not sure how she did it, but her client interaction skills are top notch and oh yea, she gives a great haircut. I’ve had many different stylists and many haircuts and benchmarks at many of the Boardroom locations and this was by far my favorite experience. Ill be asking for her every time moving forward.

I had been to a competitor that cost a little more and was further from my house. I thought Id give the Boardroom a try. But I was disappointed. I was greeted by a stylist with a nose ring, tattoo behind her ear and pink hair that was long on top and shaved on the sides. Amanda did not have a professional appearance or the level of maturity I was expecting. I would not have been surprised to see her at a Floyds or Supercuts but I was surprised and disappointed to arrive and find that she was the person with whom I had my appointment. I had been led to believe by the advertising that the Boardroom was a place for more established customers.

Ashley is the best hairstylist in the metroplex..PERIOD. Everyone at the Boardroom salon is very friendly and professional. You are always greeted by name, and all the stylists are very friendly. I have been coming here for the past year, and have had no complaints. Ashley does a wonderful job on my hair, and I always get compliments afterwards. She also does an amazing beard trim, she is the "Beard Whisperer." The other stylists also go out of their way to greet you by name. This place is worth the $55 dollar haircut. If you want your hair done by a professional, at a place that is courteous and friendly, go see Ashley!

I had such high hopes for a great day at the Boardroom, but I was the first manicure, pedicure, and facial the person ever gave, and I feel like I totally wasted my money. The haircut was the only thing I liked (she had experience doing that). I wish the huge amount of money I spent wasnt totally wasted... I scheduled 4 different people for 4 different things, since I had never been there before and wanted to feel out a few different people and see if I had a favorite, who was best, etc. I instead was given someone else I didnt book for all 4 treatments, and 3 of them were horrible...I dont ever plan on going back. :(

I have been using the Boardroom for many years and referred many customers. Started at Inwood, then McKinney Ave, Southlake, and latest Addison. Due to my experience at Addison I will not return to any Boardroom and will lose quite a bit of money from my unused portion of my membership. Update, spoke with corporate. Was told by her she would speak with the owner of the Boardroom and the franchise owner and see what can be done. No call back.

Had been searching for a replacement stylist after a....mishap. Luckily I stumbled upon Ashley at Boardroom Salon in Addison. Simply put - shes amazing and a true artist who loves her craft. She fixed my mishap and Ive never been happier! Shes half stylist and half magician and definitely a hard part genius. Will definitely continue going back to BS in Addison as long as Ashley is there to hook me up!

I am super picky about my hair, but Sam at the Addison Boardroom did an absolute phenomenal job! It had been a while since I had been in, but the team there created a great vibe, offered great conversation and provided a true community feel. Superior service, as usual. I have been a 4 year member of The Boardroom. I go to Shops of Legacy, Addison, and Uptown. I went to the Addison location today and had an incredible Executive Facial with Ashley. Maggie was also great on the hand grooming and foot grooming. I would recommend them anytime. By the way, Katie is always great with massages.
