2 stars because this would have been a 5 star review until the second visit. I hadnt gotten a hair cut in about a year and decided to spend a decent amount of money on myself. When I called, they said there were 3 different leveled hair dressers available, I chose the highest skill level of the three (Arnold). He was friendly, I asked him about care for short hair because I hadnt had such a short haircut since I was a teenager (at least 10-15 years ago) and he didnt have any advice for me. As he was almost done with the cut, I made the comment "I hate to say this but I wish it was a little shorter." He replied "Oh..." he didnt look that happy about it. I knew it was the end of the day so I just let him finish cause he was literally almost done, I left paying about $95-98 for the cut including tip. After going home, I looked at my hair and REALLY wanted it just a little shorter. It wouldnt take long before it would be sitting on my shoulders and I wouldnt be enjoying the haircut for as long as Id like. So I called the next day and asked if I could come in and have Arnold trim off another inch. They scheduled me an appointment for the following day. I came in, he said they didnt schedule enough time for him to style it so it would just be a "wet down and cut" in his terms. I understand I wouldnt get another style, that was fine. I just didnt want to leave with a wet head, I told him "Whatever is easiest for you, I just want the haircut to look good." So instead he just straightened the F out of my hair and lobbed off an inch. He didnt part it down the center, he didnt check it to make sure it was even. Its not even the same haircut. Before it was subtly slanted towards the front, shorter in the back, very cute, worth every penny. And now its jagged on one side, completely uneven, with the attempt of being one length. I hate it. As I was leaving, they told me it would be another $20. WTF. I literally gave this guy an 18% tip the previous day and he told them to charge me another $20. NEVER COMING BACK, I COULD GO SOMEWHERE ELESE FOR CHEAPER FOR THIS LOBBED OFF HAIRCUT. We dont have that kind of money to spend on hair, I NEVER spend that much on myself, took a chance, and he blew it for me.

I showed a picture of a realistic hair cut for my short hair. Instead of focusing on the hair, my stylist was more concerned about product placement and having me buy the products. I ended up having the WORST hair cut Ive ever received. Toni and Guy did offer for me to see another stylist to "fix" my hair, and the new stylist even said THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD NE DONE TO SAVE MY HAIR. Now, I have to wait. Which is fine, but I have not been contacted by customer service or by this store for my refund. If you want a free bad hair cut, just do it yourself.

With a recommendation of my daughter and Yelp research, I asked for Stephanie. She was very courteous and eager to listen to my likings. She took time and didnt use easier way to thin my hair. I am very happy that I found a very good stylist. Price is reasonable, and they dont over book! I hate to be kept waiting and being rushed to accommodate next customer.

I went in a week ago to get a perm, a tight one at that and my hair looks horrible. Some of my hair is straight and some of it is wavy. Waste of money!! And yes I did follow the instructions Crystal gave me. She said dont wash or brush your hair for three days. I didnt do either and it looks like this. This is by far the worst perm I have gotten.

Wendy cut my hair in April 2015 and she made me feel pretty again! I didnt know what i wanted and after talking she did what she felt was needed and oh my god i am so grateful. Ryan cute my hair in September 2015. I wanted to get my side shaved and style the rest of my hair and he did an amazing job:)

Lea is the best colorist there is. My hair was completely messed up by 2 different salons. She was my last hope and she got me right in one sitting. Will never go to anyone else. If you need to fix your hair color, or color your hair, I highly recommend Lea. (I think that i how you spell her name)

I rate them negative review because of worst customer service RACIST WHITE LADY in the front hair stylist refused to attend me because she said I dont speak English so she transfer me to Hispanic stylist. This is racism against people with color. She needs to be fired from that hair salon company.

Just got a haircut by Daisy, she was wonderful and affordable. She was gentle and was a pleasure to talk to. Definitely going back to her and probably will go back for hair colors too!
