THE BEST!!! Viviens expertise as both a Great Lengths Platinum Stylist and talent as a master colorist makes her the absolute best in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She really takes the time to explain the difference between one type of hair extension over another, and customizes styles to meet both the aesthetic and budgetary needs of her clients. She truly invests in her clients, and, in turn, is worth investing in on a long-term basis. When Vivien puts in my Great Lengths extensions, they last six months or more, whereas when other other stylists have done them they only last half as long and dont look nearly as good! Her years of training, coupled with two decades of experience make her the owner of the premier Great Lengths Platinum Salon in the metroplex, hands down. I highly recommend her to everyone whenever I am complimented on my hair, which is quite often! Her ability to perfectly match the color of my hair with the extensions, and style it in the most flattering manner, makes me look and feel at least 10 years younger! The atmosphere of her salon is relaxing and luxurious. Vivien does everything from shampooing to styling, giving me one-on one attention, unlike the crowded, snobby salons throughout this area. I feel pampered and spoiled after a visit to Vivien!

Vivian is a wonderful hair and extension designer.She made my hair look beautiful, matched my color perfectly. She takes her time and she works with you from the style, to your budget, to whatever. She is the BEST. I love Great Lengths hair extensions. They are so soft and light on your head, it feels like youre wearing nothing at all. Unlike some of the other extensions Ive worn from unprofessional hairstylist that claim to be professionals in this area. I had to go to Vivian to get my old extensions out, which looked terrible, and didnt even blend, nor matched my original hair color. It was awful. Dont waste your time with any other stylist. Go see Vivian. She is the best, trust me. She is located in Frisco Texas. Update on my review. My husband came in from work and saw me and was WOWED!! He said Vivian knows what shes doing. Totally different from the first stylist that did my extensions. He even said the previous stylist doesnt know what shes doing. Definitely agree. Vivian is the BEST! Oh, btw, I sent pics to the other stylist to show her what a crappy job she did compared to Vivian. My mom also loved it and said it looks so soft and natural. Thanks again, Vivian. Love you.

Sunflowers Everywhere!

Ive been going to Viviens Vogue Hair Salon since the beginning of my college years. Now 7 years later, I still only go to her for my hair needs, be it full color, high/low lights, extensions, keratin treatment, to simple cut, shampoo and style. I love how she styles my hair so much that I literally would rather let my hair grow out like weed and birdnest than have anyone else do my hair. Shes honest and though will accommodate any hair style request, she will tell you if it actually suits your hair quality or not, so I trust her input. Her techniques in hair extensions are superb! My latest extension and color matching looks awesome to the point that people think theyre my actual natural hair (oh I wish). You wont be disappointed with her service. Be realistic in your expectations, you walk out with beautiful hair, now its up to you to maintain it if youre skillful... If like me youre not, then its imperative to keep her phone number handy for the hair rescue; Im just very glad that Vivien from Vogue Hair Extensions Salon in Frisco Texas is a Great Lengths Platinum Certified Salon. My hair is safe ❤️❤️❤️

I had by far the worst experience in a salon attempting to get extensions from Vivian. As I entered her salon, she had another client she was working on. I asked if I should wait outside, and she directed me to her couch where i waited for 30 minutes before she could get to me. Once we started, I noticed that she gave me the extensions to unwrap and help her with the process. Keep in mind, the total cost is $1400-$2000 so I was not keen on helping with the process. Once my hair was dyed, the color was not at all what we agreed upon, and I asked to stop and for a refund. She told me that she would not issue me a refund, and when I attempted to get a manager she slammed the door and locked me in her salon and pushed me and made me fall in her chair. Once she assaulted me I told her I was calling the police. She kept pushing me back and would not let me wait outside of her salon until the police arrived. She lies about the type of extensions she applies to your hair, she does outdated bond extensions and would NOT recommend her to anyone. I have pressed charges for assault and had a terrible experience.

Vivien is my hair goddess. I followed her from another salon where she was cutting my hair. I am very cautious when it comes to anyone coloring my hair as Ive really been through it all; I used to fly back home to London to go see my hairdresser, but as my travel became limited I had to find other options. Even in Dallas, with great stylists, I couldnt quite find "the one". And then there was Vivien . After trusting Vivien with scissors, I took the plunge and trusted her with the dye. Its been over two years with Vivien my go-to, and I couldnt be happier. She knows how to listen what I dont want equally as what I do want, she knows my hair and what it will take to accomplish all of my hair goals and most importantly, shes a genuine sweetheart that has no limits to her expertise talent at hair color and extensions. I cannot say enough positive things about Vivien. The salon itself is also a very enjoyable place to relax while, well, getting Glam! Highly recommend this to you Dallassites out there, as Ive also sent my friends and family to Vivien.

I decided to go with Vogue Hair Extensions Salon based on their previous yelp reviews. I was so lucky to have found Vivien !!! I initially came in for a consultation with her and she answered all of the questions I had after years of extension research! Let me tell you...my hair goals have finally been accomplished! I always wanted longer and fuller hair and the extensions that Vivien installed for me were absolutely perfect and beyond my expectations. Not only is Vivien extremely knowledgeable, but she is super sweet, friendly, and easy to get along with. She is the extension QUEEN!!!! Ive had my extensions for a couple days now and I cant explain how many compliments Im getting. I did a lot of research on extensions before getting it done. I decided to go with great lengths. So I looked for a great lengths plantium certified stylist and salon and came across Vivians website. I can honestly say great lengths improved my hair because it protected it. I often get split ends on my natural hair and as I get older it just seems more fragile. I was a little worried about this for that reason. Vivian did cold fusion and it did not damage my hair at all. I had highlights so she matched the extensions with highlights exactly no one knew it was extensions. I loved it so much that I decided to get it done again but this time I wanted to revert to my natural hair color but was worried about adding more dye to my hair Vivian is a master colorist she dyed my Greys with one developer and did my ends with a more gentle developer it came out beautiful. I just would not trust my hair to anyone else. She put some peep in my step
