Really disappointed with this toni and guy location. Ive been going here for 5 yrs but after this past weekend I will not go again. The quality is very hit or miss which is surprising since they all have the same training. I dont have the luxury to follow a specific stylist because I am a single mom and only have 1 day that I can go and it seems like the stylists schedules change all the time. When I went on Saturday I was booked with someone Ive never been booked with before and normally it takes 2 hrs to fully foil my hair for full highlight. She was done within an hour and a half and was taking huge chunks of my hair and not putting any color on it at all. I specifically told her to cover my grey in front and she never touched it with color. Since she didnt cover it very well my roots are still dark, I spent $200 and it doesnt even look like I colored my hair. Eventhough theyve been very nice, I am just disappointed with one time I come out with my hair amazing and then another time it looks like it was barely colored. Also when I made my appt they didnt tell me she was one of the more expensive stylists so I was not happy about spending so much. I usually dont like to complain but the quality of work there is very inconsistent when it should not be. The pictures posted, one is a few weeks before my appt and the other one is today 3 days after my appt and I havent washed it yet. Please let me know if you can tell the difference.

disappointed about their service!!! I went to this place twice but the first time was okay. They just sent a girl having less experience to me and I had to stay there longer just for fixing the color of the roots that were a little different from the others but I didnt complain about it. It turns out good. I decided to go back there again since My roots were needed to be dyed again. I scheduled the appointment on Saturday. Then, some days later, they called me for rescheduled because they couldnt find one who could dyed my hair on Saturday. I had to schedule it on Sunday. It was still okay to me until Sunday, I got there for "11 minutes" late because of traffic since I live a little far away (but I like my first experience). When I got there, they said I was late (11 MINUTES LATE) so I would have to RESCHEDULE again and on ANOTHER DAY instead. That made me disappointed about that place. They treat their customer like they are my boss. If you feel okay with being flexible to their appointment because of having a higher level hair stylist and colorist (MAYBE) then it will be okay, if not, it is NOT WORTH for you to spend your time on!!! Tonny and Guy Plano.... I will NEVER come back there gain!!!

Terrible customer service, been going to the Toni and Guy stores for all my hair needs but the Preston park location is the most disappointing. Today being the lowest customer service Ive ever received. I came for my hair appointment to find that whoever was in charge of opening salon didnt do that, so employees and customers were waiting until 11:30am for someone to open the salon. Then the person who was to color my hair made up lame excuses to not even attempt to dye my hair, guess she wanted the morning off. Walked out with no reschedule, apologies, or anything to make up the time wasted for the salon not even opening on time and no attempt to even offer a tint. Disappointed and will never return and warn anyone else of this terrible place that has always been a hit or miss with hair.

Just experienced The Worst haircut by Alice. Please be cautious!!! Shes either incompetent and afraid to admit it or just lazy. Wanted a long bob and her way of cutting a bob is to part the hair then go around and cut it to length. THATS IT. She tried to style it to make it look like a bob but its not even close. My husband could have accomplished this in the same amount of time in total of 5 minutes (not exaggerating). Ive showed her pictures pointing out that I like volumed hair; my hair could not be flatter without the use of a flat iron. Unfortunately, I will be reminded of this hideous haircut for the next 10 years because I need to renew my passport asap. She genuinely ruined my day and my future mornings when Ill try to make due with what she left on my head.

I am very disappointed with my service at Toni & Guy School. I had highlights done by student who did that service for the first time. The supervisor didnt bother to check often on his job. After the service was done I still have about 0.5 inch visible roots. I feel that I wasted my money today. When paying spoke with receptionist about poor service she told me that i can come within 2 weeks and have roots redone. I dont like to put hair chemicals so often on my scalp. Today service lasted 4 hours. I have to add that I had used their services in the past and I was happy with the outcome.

I had the worst experience at this location a few months back. If you schedule an appt for an updo, beware..they may stick you with someone that has very little experience with updos. Thats what happened with me. The guy even admitted to me that he hadnt done an updo in a very long time, while doing my hair. Which tells me he had barely any experience. I walked out looking like a school teacher with a rats nest on the back of my head. I will never go back.

This one is my favorite T&G location so far. all my experiences here have been great. Margo is the best and She always makes me feel comfortable and I get the haircut I want. She has matched my hairstyle several times to pictures I brought with me. She is also fun to hang with and chat.

Hair stylists you can actually keep a full conversation with! Im sure the complementary wine helped out with the conversations as well! Ive never left this location with a haircut I wasnt pleased with - for being so close to their hair stylists academy, its all professionals here!

Needed someone to correct a bad haircut. Ashley didnt just correct it, she made it look really clean and professional. Super nice too. Highly recommended.

Love, love, love this place. My stylist and colorist leave me feeling like a million bucks. I am never disappointed.
