This review is for Jay, Two weeks ago on Tuesday I came in to get my roots done. He said we would get my color done in two applications, that seemed appropriate for me and began applying the bleach turned on a timer and went to cut another customers hair. No big deal. He didnt hear the timer go off, even after that he came to check on my hair decided my hair was being lightened enough that he would leave it on even longer so he wouldnt have to bleach my hair twice. He didnt use olaplex the first time so my hair was receiving the most damage. I warned him that I didnt want to use a gray toner because my hair was still too yellow. He gave me his word as a professional that it would be fine. My hair turned blue, yellow and brown. It took everything not to bust into tears in the salon chair. My hair looked terrible. The Brown where the bleach didnt go all the way through he wanted to fix that same night, He wanted to bleach my hair again but I refused because my scalp felt so sensitive. Even the heat from the dryer was too much to handle. Jay wanted me to return as soon as possible to bleach my roots again. I agreed to return Thursday. Thursday morning I wake up to my scalp still itchy and irritated. I call the salon and tell him my scalp is too sensitive I can sense the irritation in him wanting to have the process done so he asks when can I come in the soonest. I tell him two days after I have my roots done that my head is still extremely sensitive and all he can think of is when can I be done with this? When can I get her back in the chair? Not you might be allergic to the bleach I used or that I might have chemical burn. I didnt know chemical burn was a thing until I was talking to my friend on Saturday about how bad my scalp itches and my skin was flaking. I call the salon Sunday and try to speak to the manager. They arent in but they will be Monday. I call Monday they arent in, but the assistant manager is in. Its jay. I tell him my concerns and all he can say is he didnt suspect it was chemical burn he couldnt be sure unless he saw it. When I called earlier on Thursday complaining he should have said come in let me take a look, it might be chemical burn, even offer advice and remedies that might help relieve the pain. All he offered was ignorance. I got fed up and asked when the manager would be in. He said Friday. I tell him to tell the manager to give me a call. I did not receive a call from the store or manager on Friday. I tried calling again today and the manager isnt in. I wanted to deal with this for two weeks now. I paid for my roots to be done. They are still brown. I refuse to let jay touch my hair again and I can not get into contact with the manager after multiple attempts. Im tired of this charade. I shouldnt have been left with the bleach for so long and now Im dealing with a chemical burn on my scalp that I should have never in a million years have had to deal with.

I had a very great experience at this salon. The stylist Jay cut my hair and this is seriously the best cut Ive had in a long time. Very pretty salon as well & the chandeliers were super cute. I recommend Jay, he is very nice and takes VERY GOOD CARE of his clients...! :) :)

This is the only place that consistently gets my hair perfectly cut. I like to have my hair faded and tapered, which most other places cant handle consistently, but Fantastic Sams does an excellent job! I went here for the haircut before my wedding and was not disappointed.
