PROs: Elaine has cut my hair twice and on both occasions was simply superb. She spends more time on my hair than I am used to, and she is very conscientious that it is "perfect". I understand that there are other top-quality stylists there but I cannot imagine going to someone other than Elaine now. CONs: This is a busy salon on Saturdays, so your best bet is to go any other day. Clearly the word is out that they are talented here but Saturdays are just too busy and stressful. (I made that mistake once.) The other con is the very nice, but unreliable, gentleman at the front counter. If you make an appt. or if youre waiting, he isnt at all scientific about times - he just makes up BS on the spot. Had to deal with it and saw it handed out to others. Just bypass him and youll be good.

I read all these good reviews and thought this place would be a sure thing. My haircut was ridiculous. The only reason I gave it two stars is because I could tell the girl was trying really hard, but she did a horrible job. Right off the bat she just wanted to shave my head, I can do that at home. I asked for a professional look for a job I am starting soon, but It looks like I let a five year old cut it. I didnt have the heart to tell her it looked bad. I agree with the person who said all these positive reviews are plugged. I will not be going back.

If I have to describe this hair salon with one word itd definitely by awesome. All the hair stylists are real professionals, they take care for their clients and are always ready to give a professional opinion. It does not matter for what you come here hair coloring, hair cut or highlights you will always leave satisfied and looking perfect. All my words are not enough to explain the wonderful feelings I have for this hair salon. Thank you again for your always perfect done job!

I have been looking for a salon that I love and will go back to all the time for a couple of years now and I have finally found it. They are in a great place, the space is always clean and neat. The shampoo alone is worth going back for - I considered just paying Tina to wash my hair everyday. Fantastic. I got a great cut for the ways I style my hair, plus really good tips about my hair for the future. I will definitely be going back.

Everyone there is very courteous and friendly. Lily, at TK has been cutting my hair for years. When they moved up north I went to another place (which cost more money and screwed up my hair). That was my mistake, which wont happen again! I went back to TK on my next cut. Theyre a little out of my way, but its worth it if you wanna look good! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great cut at a nice price.

Horrible. After saying multipe time i did not want short hair, the "stylist" who hardly spoke any english. I should have left before she even started cutting. She continued to cut 3 inches off of my hair which has left it shoulder length. Did not blend at all so the whole thing looks choppy and uneaven. Spent 30$ on a terrible haircut then spent 60$ to go get it fixed. Save your time and money.

Considering that most of the reviews here just dont pass the smell test and the fact that two of the reviews are put here by different people but have THE EXACT SAME TEXT it appears that there is definitely some review stuffing going on. Never been here...just the reviews seem off. For that I am giving this place one star.

Awesome Place. I tried the expensive salon in Plano. Their service is not great and getting an appointment is not easy. But this Salon is inexpensive and the hair cut is great. I love this place. Very important - getting an appointment is very easy. Very friendly and clean place. I highly recommend this place.

I just wanted to say that I used to go to Cindy for about 3 years then became a guinea pig to a friend and family member and let them color my hair. After a couple of years of being abused I finally went back and am so happy that I did. I love the salon and I am so happy to have Cindy back doing her magic!!

I told the guy I wanted a "light trim" and he even repeated it, "light trim, okay", but then proceeded to cut way too much. I never wear my hair this short. The woman that cut it last time was great. Dont go to the guy. He has a hearing problem.

I went in to have a bad cut fixed. I have been in the Dallas area (East Plano, specifically) for 11 years, and I havent found a place I loved. I think I just have. I saw Twee, and she was great. For $20, I got a great cut.

Wow! Great salon!! My hair is long and hard to deal with, I went in for wash and blow dry, hot iron. Fast, well-done! Did the job just right, great price, nice people.. couldnt ask for more. Ill be going back.

I was really pleased with the times ive just stopped in for a quick cut. They are very meticulous and try to please the customer. Just dont go on a Saturday, or you will have to wait.

One lady keeps cutting my ears and I feel that some of the hair cutters are inexperienced there are really only a select few that can cut hair with great skill.
