It was my first time scheduling an appointment at this location and I was happy I was able to get the time I wanted on a Friday morning before work. I was greeted by a smile from the young lady up front and was quickly offered a water. My stylist (Kim) was very friendly, but not overly talkative which suits my personality just fine. I had not had a haircut in quite sometime so requested 3 inches off with long layers. Kim took her time and I do believe she gave me a great haircut and experience. Initially, I was a little concerned because it ended up being closer to 5 inches off, but the styling with the layers has worked out really well. Ill definitely be back!

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and organized a day off from work. 8pm the night before I got a call from them canceling my appointment since the stylists kid was sick. Im a mom. I get it that kids get sick. But a salon without a robust backup policy? No thank you! Now its too late to get an appointment somewhere else the next day. My vacation day is wasted. And the best part? They did not offer me any apology, or discount, or offer to try to work me in. Just a straight up cancel and bye!!!! Warning: this could be you if you go here.

I went in to get my layers trimmed to my cheekbones and I walked out with a full head of front bangs all in my face. The woman working on my hair was very nice, but chopped off everything even when I clearly stated the last thing I wanted was bangs. I would recommend finding either a different salon or a different Toni and Guy location
