Catch a Liar

Walked in, was not greeted, the black skinned woman in glasses then spoke to me - did not smile, look at me in the eyes, was checking out another customer - but left me standing. After the customer she was checking out (observed that interaction - she did not speak to that customer once during a FINANCIAL TRANSACTION) she had me sit down, she still had not greeted me to the store, the service, nothing. Worst demonstration of CUSTOMER SERVICE at a FS I have experienced. Deciding to mess with her, I acted as if I was utterly retarded and this black skinned woman treated me like I was utterly retarded. This is the absolute lowest form of treatment any human deserves. The lack of disrespect for humanity by this individual is outstandingly rock bottom. As I walked out, I advised her she had an attitude to which she responded, "you dont know what you want." WTHeck is wrong is people. Only by having customers do you have a job. Worst Fantastic Sams in TX.

Stephanie at Fantastic Sams in waxahachie cut my son and my hair, she did EXACTLY what was asked of her and was so sweet and nice. Another young woman whom worked there cut my daughters hair and she was just as sweet as she could be. However there is an older African American woman who was crazy rude and was tugging on my hair 2 seconds after I sat in her chair. I immediately got up and requested Stephanie to cut it. I will be back to see her! She is a good quality hairstylist at a super reasonable price, which left plenty of room for a very good tip!

Walked in 15 minutes before closing but all the employees were stretched out in the back chairs appearantly doing each others hair. They yelled from the back, without even coming from around the corner, that i would have to leave
