After trying to do my order on mobile app for probably a good 20 minutes or so and having went inside to inquire about I was told server was down and was hopefully back on any time now so I continued to just wait and try. I finally went through drive thru and did a order and told them I wanted to use my treats to redeem. I get to window and they scan and I actually paid for them and couldnt use my chicfila card on phone either. Offered to take the treats off however they didnt and I wouldnt have got at the time unless redeemed my offer before expired. Not very nice in staff however not what I would say was outright rude either. I have become accustomed to great service at as has always been such. This location was a disappointment for me so from now on I will just make sure to visit the other nearby location.

My husband and I LOVE Chick-fil-A! Weve eaten at so many I couldnt count and weve never had a bad experience until now. Please correct by improving service. Poor customer service in drive thru led us to go inside and speak with manager. She didnt offer a apology and didnt seem interested and waited a long time for the correction to our order. We got our order in the car and got it out and it was completely wrong. Only saving grace was a super friendly and helpful cashier that seemed interested in customer service and helping to correct the mistake.

Hate using the drive-thru here sometimes. they never use the speaker when I come always have someone outside and they dont always have the the card menu. Sometimes those people are really nice and helpful other times they are rude and try to rush you. Some of them do not even know the menu very well. It is very annoying and irritating. Other than that this is just like any other Chick-fil-A same food same prices general service with happy somewhat going people.

Never had an issue with this location until now. I eat breakfast every morning here and I am not to sure if the cook changed bu I ordered a breakfast burrito and the peppers and onions were missing and the tots were not drained correctly so were supper greasy. I didnt go back because I was on my way to work but they need a new cook.

With many options around I find Chick-fil-A to be good. The service is fast and orders always accurate. The food is good, always hot and taste fresh. The location and the way its situated makes it kind of a pain. The restroom is clean and eating is neat and tidy. It gets packed during lunch hours.

I was sitting on the toilet for 15 minutes embarrassed Without knowing what to do. There was no butt toilet paper. Finally I pulled my iPhone out and called and ask a manager to bring me some toilet paper. Lost most of my lunch time and my pay will get doc for being late to work. Thank You

Place is dirty, tables not wiped down, cashiers standing around talking, and food was luke warm at best, never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A before today. The management of this location should really work to bring this up to the Chick-fil-A standard that we have come to expect!

Our food was pretty good but service is horrible! I live in Irving & I always go to the one belt line & I love going there! Didnt get greeted or didnt get no refills I had to get up & get my refill & trust me they are not busy at all. Go to a different location.

I was greeted with a warm smile & an enthusiastic hello. The food is always good, but the service is constantly above the industry standard (or atleast what we have come to expect as normal). That is the reason I choose the Chick-fil-A chain over the others.

The food at Chick-fil-A is basically the same everywhere, but this ones tasted particularly tasty. The food was very fresh and the milkshake we got was one of the best Ive ever had. Service was fast, and staff was friendly.

The establishment was clean. Staff was friendly and quick. Food was warm and delicious typical Chik-Fil-A food. Play area was pretty cool but goes up pretty high. Also, there is no small toddler area.
