If you enjoy going to banquets and weddings you will like this place. For me the food was a bit bland, the music stodgy, and the decor somewhat awkward. My grandparents would probably like it. Buffet was 14.01 with tea and tax. Salad bar was good, rolls were straight out of the bag, a punishment usually reserved for arriving at a family gathering late and all the good fresh rolls are gone. Overall a nice place, just not for me.

Ive posted this review three years ago. Just found it blocked by the review system because it thought I was trying to advertise this place :-) Reality is, I was truly giving a review of a wonderful experience Ive received at the venue. I just found out that it was not shown online because system thought it was an ad instead of review. So, here you go, I love this lunch, especially the soup, at this place!!

THANKS! Our team is all crawling into our nap-time cots, for the afternoon nap. That meal you guys catered in today was excellent. We ordered comfort food, and we are going to have to close the shop the rest of the day because we are too stuffed to move. Yum!

The food here is so delicious and I have never visited and not left extremely satisfied. I have never eaten food from a buffet that is as flavorful and fresh then what is served at the Glory House. Easily the best sit down restaurant in Irving.

Loved this place! My family went to the Easter Brunch and we were very happy with our experience. The food was delicious. The price was great! The staff was very friendly as well. Cant rave about it enough!! Fabulous!!

Great lunch buffet, including salad bar with lots of fresh ingredients. Two homemade soups each day. On the hot entrée side, now offering a vegan option along with a couple of meats, veggies and sides.

Nice place to have a get-together, though the stale smell needs to be aired out... Get some cans of Febreeze and just unload them everywhere... that should help. Cool place, though.

Jo Ann organized my sons graduation party. She made the whole process easy and smooth. She was organized and professional. Food and decor were great. She did an awesome job.

The Bistro is great for workday lunch. Great hot food, not from that deep fryer. Check out the daily changing menu on their web site.
