Went and got a wash on 10-25, at 8:20pm. Left the wash, drove home 1.5 miles away, got out of my truck, walked around the back (since we nose up to the garage to double park in my driveway), noticed my tail lamp hanging off. I immediately took pictures of the damage, and took my wifes car back to the wash. I spoke to a manager, he told me he was from a different store, he took all of my information, my images, and my story. We walked into his wash tunnel, and found the other half of my tail lamp. I went back on Monday morning before work, to speak to the manager, he did not submit my claim for my damage, so Lauren did. I have gotten no response via phone or email about my having to replace my drivers tail lamp, and wiring harness due to the wash ripping it off. I have detailed images, repair receipts, and time stamps. If I dont hear from anyone from jetwash soon, my next step of action will be taken. I understand accidents and incidents occur, but to sweep them under the rug and not take any action is very poor.

VEHICLE DAMAGED! I have been taking my cars here for about a year for a quick and affordable wash. This past weekend I drove my brand new 2015 Toyota 4 runner through the wash and expected everything to be fine. About 2 days later when the sunlight came through my windshield I noticed multiple scratches mimicking the sweeping motion of the car washs cleaning apparatus. I contacted management and was informed that because I did not place a complaint within 24 hours they would not be held responsible. Lucky for me my insurance deductible is reasonable at $100 for a windshield replacement but it goes without saying that my business will be taken elsewhere.

there is always someone that does not know how to go through a wash. people do not know how to pull in the tunnel, holding the brakes, go off track by touching the steering wheel, i go to these fast paced car wash for convience. works great for me because i know how to drive. but every time i go there is someone in front of me that just cant drive. if i did not know how to put my tire on the track or take off my my antenna or tape up loose trimmings, would i go through a wash safely? but i guess if only people that really knew how to drive go through the wash, they go bankrupt.

I paid for a higher tier wash and this little chimp came out and told the guy scrubbing the customers rims and prepping their vehicles hes moving too slow. Me being next in line, not only didnt get any the pre-scrub for my rims or body that I paid for, but I ended up getting the most basic wash they had. I circled back and complained so instead of correcting the issue, the little chimp gave me a refund and told me to beat it. The customer service there definitely stinks. Theres another Car Wash right off of Rufe Snow and Stardust that I think Ill be going to moving foward.

Drove my car through and it ripped my bumper off and made a report and got a phone call saying they wont pay for it. In the video I also have a copy of you can clearly see it wasnt hanging off. Then i wanted to atleast vaccum my car out and i went to five different hoses to find they had no sucction and left with a dirty car...civil court here I come. Worst customer service and car service I have ever experienced.

Dont bother, mid grade wash did not work. Did not clean the car, when I asked about it they said if I would have purchased the premium wash then they would run it again. Dingy facilicty, dis interested workers, lack of customer service, and the wash was not much better than after a rain. The free HEB wash was better than the $5 wash at Jett Express. Laughable

Said my truck was too dirty to go through the carwash. Told me I could pressure wash it off and then bring it back up there. Does not have any signs or pictures saying dirty trucks cant go through the carwash gave me a refund and made me get out of line.

Worst car wash ever!!!! Disrespectful manager wouldnt tell me who the owner is, I was told look it up online. Soap left all over my truck and I was told that happens sometimes. No re wash or anything. Dont spend your money here. Beware people.

I pulled in and forgot about the plants that I had left in the back of my truck. One of the workers was very observant and took them out and met me at the end of the car wash without me even knowing. Thats going the extra mile!

Its a wash and vacuum place. You can get more for your money like free towels, and free window wash at a different one on rufe snow.
