Asked attendant if they would be willing to power spray down my floor mats because I spilled gravy all over them she told me they dont usually do that because they only have one power washer ask the guy who actually ran the power washer he told me sure no problem after I paid my five dollars for my car wash pull back around and try to give my floor mats to the guy to spray them down which I would have patiently waited for him and tipped to do. The cashier when told the manager she already told me we couldnt do it. I found it totally unprofessional when the manager told me to clean the gravy out of my Floormat carpet with glass cleaner. Extremely unsatisfied with the professionalism of the manager. Need to hire a new manager someone with common sense and the willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy the customers. Not just sit in a chair and smile and stare.

We have purchased the monthly car wash and they are debiting our account every month for $14.99, but every time my husband tries to wash his truck they cannot find him in the system. He even has the receipt to prove it. This is a scam. They can sure find our card every month. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if the dont stop charging our card. There is never a manager on duty and if you call dont expect a return call. We will never use them again and if I could give a negative 5 stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

I had bought the deal for unlimited per month then at the end of the month tried canceling it. I told the attendant twice, filled out the online form 3 times and called them 4 times. They still charged me and wont give me my money back. Also their car wash is always very dorty just by looking at the rags that wash your car and the attendants that initially spray and brush your car always give half effort. I will go as many times as possible for the next month then never use them again

Ive never been to this location, so I was not aware of the "rules" that are known by regular customers. I basically got yelled at for not knowing what to do. I couldnt read the rules when they are not visible to me because someone is blocking them or not communicating properly. This guy basically loses his mind and yells at me. If they dislike their job so much that they nearly poop their pants when someone makes a mistake, then they should probably find another job.

We have used them for a long long time. If you get the bug cleaner and youre not satisfied, no problem just let them know and they will do it again. We love this carwash and they are always willing to make sure youre happy with youre carwash. Be nice and they will always return the favor. Ive seen customers just flat be mean and rude and this will it usually help your situation at all.

The rotating brush grabbed my fixed/non retractable antenna, twisting the mount and denting my front fender. Manager says theres nothing they can do. I paid 35.00 for a month long pass and get this kind of treatment. Ill be telling everyone to avoid this car wash.

Great car wash for a very fair price! Free vaccums are a major bonus, and these guys even provide clean towels and glass cleaner! Friendly service and the place is clean and very well maintained. I really like this place.
