This is hand down the worst car wash I have ever been to. This used to be a Blue wave car wash, it is now Carmel. Summed up what this new company has done is raised prices, and lowered employment costs. Now instead of local high school and college kids, its a group of much older Hispanics that mainly sit around. Carmel took out the very nice touch screen computer and replaced it with a worker and a cash register. The wash it self seemed turned way up over blue wave, the new speed smashed into the front of my car, then scrapped down the side. I noticed lots of swirl marks from the excessive force used. Then to top it off no matter if you drive a Miata or suburban xl, you have 5 mins to vacuum your whole car and its for paying customers only. The Hispanics at this point are very rude and watch you like a hawk and start to point at their wrist that time is running out. They track the 5 mins and when its up they will force you to leave. They have also blocked off half the vacuums so the lazy Hispanics can detail any car silly enough to pay 50+$ on a wash. This place is garbage all the employees are rude, dirty, and not happy to be there. I will never go back. I hope this review can help to boycott this terrible car wash.

Spent $35 for "The Works". Exterior car wash, and interior vacuum, wheels, wipe down etc. First off, the exterior car wash was shoddy at best. Why bother at that point? My car was still dirty, residue was still left on my windshield and my front bumper was still visibly dirty. I figured theyd take care of all that when they toweled it down. Nope. And whats worse is that when they wiped down the inside of my windshield they left tons of residue and streaks from whatever cleaner they used. They did wash my floor mats and they seemingly vacuumed however there were SEVERAL missed spots. This was the main reason why I spent so much money on it in the first place. They wiped down my console and dash but missed key parts that were noticeably dirty. It may sound silly but they also didnt give me any air fresheners. However it annoys me because it was part of a service I paid for and didnt receive. The attendants couldnt have been more rude or uninterested in taking pride in what they do, and "expecting" a tip for their crappy job is unacceptable to me. Dont waste your time or money going here. Neither the exterior or interior is any cleaner than when I showed up.

Incredibly rude staff. The car should have been washed...not rinsed. After the first wash I immediately returned because there were numerous bug marks still on the windshield and bumper. They insulted me and said it was my fault for only paying for the $10 wash and said if I wanted it clean I should have selected the more expensive choice. The worker only ran a broom on the windshield and made no attempt to put any muscle into it. The repeat wash yielded the same results except this time the windshield was covered in water spots like it was a dirty water rinse. No apology for a lousy job. My wife and I returned home and had to wash the windshield ourselves. Ive been to hundreds of car washes in my life and this was the worst experience Ive ever had. Although a farther drive from where I live, Im going to return to my former car wash in Keller. Speedy Bee has excellent customer service and your car will always get cleaned. Dont waste your time and money on Carmel Car wash in Roanoke.

It got the car clean, but other than that not much. I pulled in and got to the pay counter. I told the gentleman that I hadnt been there before and I wanted to wash and vacuum the car. He pointed to the menu and said "full service or express?" I told him again I just wanted to wash and vacuum the car. He repeated himself. I told him I wanted to do it myself and he said "express." Then pointed at the menu again. I had to question him about each item on the sign to figure out that the basic is what I wanted. It would have been helpful to me for him to point out that a basic wash includes the wash and use of the vacuum when I told him thats what I wanted to do. When I pulled in to vacuum the car, the vacuum wasnt working. Not sure if I will return or if I will go back to using the Chevron in Grapevine. It did just as good a job.

DO NOT GO GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!!!! they are the rudest and the most disrespectful people Ive met in my life!!!! I went to this location to get my car washed!!!! I tried using their facility while trying to get my car washed and the female Hispanic lady was so rude and disrespectful and made me feel homeless! she made it seem I was there with no car and why was I using their facility all because my husband was in the line to get the car wash. when I got back to the car I let my husband know about the situation, the manager approached us and wanted to know what happened. after telling him what happened instead of him apologizing for his poor customer service he literally told us "if there is a problem I wont service you" here is your $100 back and you can leave???? are you serious???? I WILL NEVER RETURN!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! I had my car washed at the Roanoke, Tx location & my car was scratched, down to the paint! I went back & "tried" to talk to the manager & he refused to believe my car was damaged at his location! Not only was he rude, arms crossed, I had to stand there while 6 of his employees were gathered around & laughing! I asked for his insurance information & he says "we dont use insurance, we pay everything out of pocket". REALLY! So you basically just admitted cars get damaged here.....you just dont claim it on your insurance! I felt the machine hit my car & heard it.....it was during the tire cleaning process! Very unprofessional! I will NEVER GO BACK! And I will continue this fight until someone in corporate listens!

Before being sold, it was perfect. Very automated, other than two or three employees who were there to assist if needed (which was almost never). When it changed ownership, they stocked it with employees who are pushy and rude. Their goal is to get you in and out and take as much money as possible. If you dont want the top dollar wash or purchase the gift cards they are constantly pushing, they are dismissive and angry towards you (Ive had neighbors tell me they feel intimidated, but I dont know if Id go that far). Its gotten so consistently bad, that I actually go to the Scooters in Southlake to get my car washed. Its not as thorough, but theres no pushy dudes just trying to rush me along.

Made an appointment online, showed up and it took me 20 minutes to get any directions on what I needed to do. I asked 3 different people who I needed to talk to or where I needed to go. No one had a clue and barely spoke enough English to communicate that much. Not impressed. Wanted a "better than basic" package and told them I had some road dirt build up in certain places. When they said it was "done", I walked over to inspect - trouble spots hadnt even been touched; back interior of the car hadnt even been wiped normally. Took me talking to a manager TWICE to get proper attention to detail.
