"they are the best I have found in this area so far." 3 1/2 stars I am still looking for a good Full Service Car Wash in my area. Paid for a wash and wax. Interior windshield had some kind of overspray on it, interior not wiped down like I asked. Wax on the hood was great, but sides were not. I am not even sure if the rest of the car was waxed or not. I only paid $59.00, so I guess it was ok for the price. They did some touch up paint for me, like I asked.. so I was happy with that. Nice enough people, they seem to try to keep up with the volume. I went back for another wash. Same thing. Some kind of overspray on interior of windshield, a lot of spots missed on rims. Never attempted to clean the chrome on the exhaust. This time interior was a bit better. So.. not consistent, but they are the best I have found in this area so far. My car is a specialty car and it would be quicker for them to handwash it than to put it thru the machine and clean up all the soap residue sprayed in all the nooks. But they want $100.00 to do so. Still looking. And yes, I would go back to them.

If I could give them no stars I would. I took my car in to get it detailed and have some mud removed from my seats from the prior weekend. My daughter and I got in my car and drove home which is all of 5 minutes away. I took a good look over my car and noticed that they had missed a rather large spot of dried mud. I got right back in and took it back and politely pointed out that they had missed it. The guy that had cleaned it pretty much called me a liar stating that I must have just done that. SERIOUSLY? I was gone for 15 minutes and I pointed out it was a clear sunny day which is WHY I picked that day in the first place to PAY to get it detailed. Why yes, I went straight home and wiped some mud on my seat so I could spend more time at the car wash. That didnt even make sense and further more the manager could have cared less. I will NEVER take my car up there again.

I took my GMC conversion van to Simoniz for a full wash and detail. I spoke with James over the phone and he assured me they would not disappoint. To his credit, I am completely satisfied. For $149 every surface of the van was touched, front to back, inside and out. They were even able to restore my chrome muffler tip to a near-new finish. When I came back to pick up the van they were more than willing to fine tune a few places, certain that I was completely satisfied before driving away. From the carpet to the glossy finish on the paint, it feels like Im driving a new vehicle again. Thank you James and crew for a job well done. I will be back for more!

Be cautious about leaving money in your car. Before taking my car in for a wash, I cleaned up a little to make it easier for them to vacuum and wipe down, and I moved the cash I keep in my car into my middle glove box underneath some papers...immediately after leaving the car wash I went to get the cash, and it was gone. I filed a complaint and requested someone to contact be about the issue, but no one ever did. Ive since heard other people complain of this same issue. Not to mention, the car wash/interior cleaning was pretty mediocre.

They broke my rear view mirror and the Manager was a huge jerk about it. He never made any concessions to take care of the damage and even insisted that it was broken before I got there. Even though I saw them drive it out of the car wash with the mirror dangling next tot he door. I was a regular here - taking both of our cars here several times a month but Ill never go back now. Take your car here at your own risk.

1st time visitor Friendly staff, hand wash for $40 they do a good job, the air blow all the nooks and crannies to make sure that when you drive off no water pellets are on your car. They do a good job on the tires and rims as well in the interior is spot-on. Considering most places I visited usually charge a minimum of $50 and they dont do as good of work, I see myself going back to this location again.

Simoniz car wash have always been a good place to get your car wash done. My family and I been going for many years. The staff are so friendly some employees been there for years. I love that I can go there And expect a awesome job. Employees go over their limit to do a good job. Keeping us happy. Best Car was in Town.

I got their "deluxe interior package". They didnt vacuum all the seats and slathered on a bunch of sticky "conditioner". I had to readjust my seat, steeping wheel and all the mirrors again and now my $70k truck looks like I dumped vegetable oil all over everything. Will not be returning EVER!

Very disappointed in the $50 car wash!! Went home and spent 40 mins cleaning what was missed on my week old vehicle! Should have been an easy job and for $50 I expected it to look perfect! Not even close! I will not be going back! Extremely overpriced for the quality!

2nd time going here, paid $50 and they never seem to wipe down my seats. So frustrating. Everything else looks fine but I feel like for $50 they shouldnt forget something so obvious. Make sure before you drive away that its done right.

Paid full ticket for interior, exterior wash and clean. Have to redo the interior. Dust on dash, console, seats... Get the $5 wash, dont buy more expensive wash - not worth it. Ripoff on higher priced washes. Will not be back.

I have a monthly membership and Im not too pleased. Even getting my car done multiple times a week with their best package. The interior windows are always streaky and they always miss something. 65$ a month. Ouch.

This is the only place I will go for a car wash. I usually get the basic wash which does a phenomenal job for only $5.00 and then they wipe down the outside which tops it off. Definitely recommend for a quick wash.

Ive always gotten good service and if youre not happy with the wash job, just ask them to run it thru again. Its not a problem and they have always gone out of their way to make me happy.

Best $5 wash in town especially with the included towel wipe down by their staff. For some reason their machine just seem to speed wash better than other places around the town.

Dont waste your money here. They didnt even vacuum thoroughly. Everything still dirty. I dont even think they wiped down the inside.
