Took my new truck here this weekend for a car wash. Truck was detailed last week by the dealership so it wasnt very dirty at all. After leaving the car wash, I noticed that the mats hadnt even been removed prior to vacuuming. I was almost home, so I called to speak to a manager. I really didnt want to drive back that day if I didnt have to, because I had plans I needed to be home for. Nicole answered the phone and was very rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, her response was "Whats the problem maam?" I explained.. and was told "If you want to speak to a manager, you need to come back down here. You can talk to them when you get here." Never have I been treated like this as a customer paying for a service. She refused to let me talk to anyone. I would have been happy going back the next day to get the problem fixed, but because of the way Nicole treated me, I will NOT be going back to this car wash! Money and time wasted.

I got the Derby Wash for like $22.00. It included tire dressing, windows, and a wash. The dident vacum. They left trash in the car. They dident even wipe down the dash. I guess I would have had to pay $50 to get it wiped down. This place is a rip off. If your not wanting to pay at least $50 for a basic car wash dont go here. I have a car that is 2 months old. It wasnt even that dirty to begin with. You would think they would use some common sense. I asked the guys of they would throw away the two empty cups in my cup holder and they did, but with an attitude after I just tipped them $5. I will never come here again. The inside is really tacky too. It looks just like the inside of a home in south lake. If you like that kind of stuff and dont mind over fifty dolars for minimal services this is the place for you. They barely even vacuumed. I had to go to a gas station after to clean my car.

It was my first visit to Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube Center. I dont live in Grapevine or Colleyville, but I have passed the business many times. I needed a place that accepted a company fleet card and they were on the list. My fellow employee said that she goes there from time to time and the staff is great. She was correct. It was nice to encounter a staff that is friendly and seemed to have a good time working together. I went in to get a State Inspection and I was out in about 30 minutes or less. Sure it was mid-day on a weekday, but service was performed quickly and with a smile. I also noticed that their pricing is more reasonable than say Firestone. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be back for a wash or service. I wont be passing Mustang Elite again.

Ive been using mustang elite car wash & lube center for many years collectively the entire family!!! They do an outstanding job and if youre not satisfied they are quick to rectify the problem- No questions asked plus they have the 48 hour guarantee!!! I always tip and have had no problem getting cash back to do so while paying for my service! I only wish that everyone would put the tip money into the mailbox rather than giving it directly to the person opening your car door! That way the tips are distributed fairly!!! They also do an amazing job detailing!!! The Lube side does a fast and great job regardless of your needs!!! Friendly staff and treat you like family❌❤️❌❤️

Usually do a decent job except for missed dirt patches here an there on the trunk lid and back bumpers where the scrubbers dont reach. Biggest issue to watch out for is that they will close down shop completely at even a hint of rain, no matter the time of day. Twice now in the past two months Ive unloaded an SUV and driven 15 minutes to get there an hour or two before they close only to find that they have shut things down. Last week the ground was dry and one patch of dark clouds had just broken so the sun was shining, but they had closed down shop at 4:45 on a Saturday. Then I was told that I should always call ahead. Ridiculous. Wont ever be going back.

I had my car washed at this car wash and they did a terrible job! The person working talked me into the Derby Wash because of the features and when my car was finished it wasnt dry. There were drops of water all over, strips of dirt on the back trunk area, the inside didnt look like it was wiped down and they vaccuumed the trunk area but not very good. I made them wipe down the inside after I was told that the Derby for $21.99 didnt include that. It only included a light dusting. I was short on time so had to leave but they did a terrible job! I will never ever go back. For $21.99 plus a $5 tip, my car should be cleaner and dry when returned to me.

Every 3 months or so when I needed to get my oil changed I would search for a new place every time because I was always let down by the service and experience and vowed I would never go back for each location. I was certain that I would never find a place that I could rely on, but I am happy to say that I have finally found what I was looking for at Mustang Elite Lube Center! Fair pricing, great location, great service and great care. After getting my oil changed, light replaced, brand new windshield whippers and fluids topped off, I left with a smile on my face. I also got a free car wash coupon for Mustang Elite Car Wash right next door, highly recommend!

Mustang Car wash is one of the most professional and friendly places I have been. From the generous president and loveable and friendly GM, to the lube center, to the cashier, to the fine gentleman who has a masters in shoe shining, this place is AWESOME. EXTREMELY clean. I recently went to get an inspection sticker. First thing, the guy in the lube center said, "your inspection does not expire until August, so save yourself some money and get another month out of it before you come back". You cant beat people who put their clients best interest first. As well as, if you want a car detail that actually gets every detail, this is a fantastic place to go.

Absolutely would recommend!! Ive already done so and will continue to!! I always get recommendations for services I need now or down the road. I dont ever worry about visiting w/o my husband and getting taken advantage of. The guys are VERY knowledgable, never hesitate to answer any questions I might have. I thank you for the the guys on duty & just being the best to us!! Please extend some atta boys to my guys on staff, Errol, Andrew (Agua) and Chris (Mini) they are THE best!!

on 7/23 I got my vehicle washed at Mustang Elite Car Wash in Grapevine. And paid more than I ever have for a basic wash and wheel treatment which had to come with vacuuming the inside. There was still dog hair on the seats (lots) every window had water marks or places that did not get clean. My wheels had streaks on them even though the tires looked good and they didnt even wipe down the back window. DONT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE THE HARD EARNED MONEY YOU MAKE. i GIVE THIS A 1 STAR.
