Somehow, maybe because of Texas summer heat and having a black car, the soap or wax dried on my car before it was rinsed off. I showed it to an employee who then sent me through again no questions asked. This didnt help at all, I couldnt find the same employee so I showed a different one and explained what happened to him. He then told me that "[weve] run it through twice and technically the car is clean, so theres nothing [we] can do." I was pretty upset about this as Ive used them before and preferred using them since they opened. The employee also accused my car of having "cheap paint" then ran his fingernail in it and scratched it, told me to go home and hand wash it just to make sure all of their soap did in fact come off of the car and none was dried on it. I did as he said, foolishly, because now that I had left their property, its not their responsibility. I hand-washed the car 4 times in a row with all kinds of different soaps (none of them with wax in them.) I ended up having to have the car repainted because of this car wash. My car had been painted only a few months prior to this incident, meaning I had to pay again for my car to be painted. TALK ABOUT AN EXPENSIVE WASH! ( I guess I should say that this happened months ago. Oh, and I have just now gotten it repainted. So as a car guy who was lazy one day and decided to pay the extra money for a machine to wash my baby instead of hand washing it like I usually do, I had to drive around my pride and joy that was black, with God awful white soap streaks all over the car for 3 ish months. Talk about the embarrassment at car events!)

Very unhappy I went thru the car wash and pushed the basic $5. wash and then continues past all the other requests. I find I was charged $15. and trust me I did not get a $15 wash I think I would know that for sure. I talked to a lady and she wanted a receipt. I dont keep those and I dont even think I pulled the printed anything out of the kiosk She said SORRY Customer service kinda sucks. Too bad for them as I live across the street and will not return I dont like being scammed for $10 You would think it would not be a big deal for them to at least throw in 2 more $5. washes

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had been to this car wash a few times and had no issues. However, I recently noticed an unauthorized transaction on my bank account that was made at this car wash nearly 1 month after my last visit. The transaction was made at 8PM at night (they close at 7PM) and since the only way to pay for your car wash at this location is via the kiosk.....I am really questioning how my information was stored for a month and charged again. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD HERE.

It says 5 dollar car wash all over the building. When you get to the keosk the cheapest wash is 9 dollars. No one is ever around to assist you by opening the gate so you can leave. So youll have to back up towards oncoming traffic and pedestrians cos the person managing the place is no kind of professional. Hes hiding out in the bathroom on his cell phone or something. I only come for the vacuums but they wont let you pay for just that so Im after the free vacuum with 5 dollar wash that they dont offer.

Ive been to this car wash only 2 times and the last time I drop one of my magnets from my company truck the lady that works there told me to wait I have waited about 10 minutes then she opened the door wasnt even looking at me she bumped into me and was very rude I think those people are racist and I will never never go to this car wash again terrible service.

Still had bird poo even after the most expensive $18.00 car wash. Asked for another wash, and was told "how do I know that didnt just happen? You should have come back immediately". Which I got the car wash at 5pm and came back in the next morning when I noticed it was still there...so not only did I waste my money, but they basically called me a liar too.

This carwash takes getting your car cleaned to a whole new level, from the filtered water that washes your car for a shine that shines brighter than the sun itself, to smile on the faces of all the workers that will clean the inside of your car to make it look like you just drove it off of the car lot when you first bought it!!! They are the best!!!

Super unhappy, I have been here a few times, and last week when I came, the car wash beat my jeep up. When I got home I noticed that my right fender was caved in and my left fender has a big chunk of paint missing! Brand new jeep, messed up from a car wash. Very unhappy and will not be returning.

Great Place. I keep a monthly membership. At first I had a tough time justifying the small cost. However my car Always looks spectacular. The staff is consistently friendly and the owners Mark & Paula are hands on operators which says a lot. Summary: Totally worth it.

Staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I wouldnt suggest going during the time majority of people are getting off work. Many have the same idea of getting their vehicle cleaned before heading home.

This is the best automated car wash Ive ever been to. I highly recommend it. There is always helpful staff around and they help dry your windows as you come out of the wash. Its always clean and well managed.

Good location and the car wash works well, however paying upwards of $20 for a wash and 30 second wipe down and you still clean the interior yourself?

One of the better auto washes Ive been through. Ive seen them cleaning the brushes and tumblers inside, so I feel its not adding dirt to my truck.
