Used to be a good car wash. Been going last 2 years. Very poor management now. Asked for $10 option twice from ticket booth (he wasnt listening to me) and was given $6 option. I needed the seats cleaned. Asked for manager and when he came explained what I wanted. He nodded a lot but only said he would talk to employee and walked off. After the car was detailed, I asked if they cleaned seats. They said no so I asked for Mgr again. They refused at first but got Mgr when I got louder. Mgr told me not to talk to him because he already knew what I wanted. Huh? Asked for his boss who was standing there watching this take place. I explained everything to him (I simply want the seats cleaned) and they cleaned them. Afterward boss lectured me about not coming to him first if I have a problem. Maybe boss needs to lecture his staff instead of customer about selecting the right manager when customer complains. I tried to explain that I did nothing wrong and simply wanted my seats cleaned but he was not interested in me any longer. There wont be a next time. This used to be a good car wash. Sad to see management change.

Let me just say Ive never been to a bad drive thru car wash! Just came to get a quick car wash, nothing special! First of all the kids that you see right before you go into the car wash, the ones that will put a little bit of soap and water before you enter, slung soapy water all over the windshield to where I couldnt see where I need to go to get the tire in the slot. Second the actual wash was pathetic! It basically just moved the dirt around and when it came time for a rinse it was almost non exsiatant! My car was still covered in soap when I drove out! Then a young man came out of no where and started to wipe my car down with rags! Its a nice gesture but it didnt do anything but mover the water around and now I have streaks on all my windows! Now its time for the vacuums.......they didnt suck anything up!!!!! I asked one of the guys if there was anyway to make it stronger and he said thats as strong as it goes! Its a waste of your time and money! Do not come here!!! There are so many better washes around!

This is a decent carwash. The property is small, not enough space or vacuums for how busy it gets on the weekends. The basic wash will do a good job of washing the 1st layer of filth off of your vehicle. They do offer several other options, including a detail package. The employees do a poor job of wiping your windows after a wash, but you can tell some of them get frustrated when you dont offer them a tip. They do offer towels and window cleaner, and free vacuums, which is nice. Sometimes the vacuums dont work very well, or cut out while you are using them. The manager said this is due to the vacuum getting clogged. I still use this location because it is close to home, and quick.

Its pretty obvious that the main pay screen is trying to trick you to buy a $12 car wash. Very obvious and bad example of a company trying to make more money by charging a lot more than they have in the past. Oh and if you care about the clear coat on your vehicle at allllllllllll, avoid this place. You will come out with a clean car with tiny swirl mark scratches all over your car. Those tiny lines that look like spider webs when the Sun hits your car are actually scratches all over the car and this place is horrible when it comes to clear coat damage.

I really like this car wash. Their monthly club gets you 10 washes a month and the pricing is very reasonable. Their vacuum area is great too. You have drying towels to get those pesky details in between door jams, etc. They have an automatic floor mat cleaner, window cleaners, its in the shade, and you can take as long as you like! I feel this is one of the better automatic car washing facilities around!

There wasnt a package that had exactly what I needed (wash, wipe down, carpet shampoo). At other places, I was expected to pay for the most expensive and all inclusive package just to get what I wanted. At Speedway, they worked with me to get exactly what I needed at a reasonable price! No paying extra for things I dont want. Thats service and Ill keep coming back because of things like that.

Went on a Saturday around 12 noon. Wash was very busy. I went to this wash knowing they pre-wash and scrub prior to entering wash and wipe down post wash. Therefore justifying the higher price than a normal express wash. I was disappointed to see that my vehicle was no cleaner than the $5 wash at non-manned washes while I paid more than double.

I like this carwash but am very annoyed at their false advertising about the $15 "monthly pass". The sign does NOT specify that rate is ONLY if you pay with a credit card!! If you pay with cash, its $3 more! This seems like a scam to get your credit card number and then keep charging you because you forget to tell them to stop. BE CAREFUL!

First time there to vacuum my suv not needing a wash and it was free. They have great vacuums and free mat scrubbers, free window cleaner fluid with usable towels. I will for sure be back for the monthly car wash deals. Very impressed that they not trying to nickel and dime you. Best Car Wash I have been to.

02/11/15 went to wash my car an SUV paid for tire package , said it would be applied in tunnel, car remained dirty machine skipped places on the side and the entire lower back trunk glass everything . the guy drying the car was no better . car is GL 550 . The machines are old i left with scratches be aware

Awesome place for car wash, machines are good, no scratches up till now. Apart from pressure blower to dry the car, they also do towel dry as well. Vacuum is free and they provide towels and liquid for Windows cleaning complimentary. Ive liked it so much Ive taken monthly membership. Best value for money

I drive 20 minutes to get my car washed here. The only place Ive found that does an amazing job, and also has free vacuums, free towels, free cleaning sprays and free rug beaters. The men who do the detailing always do an amazing job if you dont feel like vacuuming yourself, totally recommend!

Paid 23 dollars for the brickyard and Xtremme , got no tire shine all Windows and mirror not dried worst car wash ever needs to get shut down immediately armor all deluded Windex deluded and customer service on the low end

You can get a wash for $6.99 + but it seems like no matter what price your paying everyone gets the same wash. They have towels, spray, and vacuums for free after you wash which is why I choose to go here.

If you need a quick car wash its fine, a little expensive but whatever. I probably wont come back because Id prefer not to recieve insults disguised as compliments from all the male workers.
