Disclosure: I opted for the $99.95 full detail. I had a coupon from NTTA which brought the price down to $49.97. Car was clean, but a few spots missed on drying. Two annoyances though bring the rating from 5 stars to 4. 1-I was not told it would be shampooed and leave my carpets SOAKED, and the floormats in the trunk that I now have to re-install tomorrow. Had I been told Id have opted for no shampoo, as the carpets were not that bad (car is only 9 months old). 2-A film was left on every non-"glass" surface on the interior... the wood dash, center console, and vent borders and controls all had this oily substance that was not adequately wiped off. Upon getting home I spent 10 minutes going around and wiping this off with a dry cloth--easily done, and I wish they had done so. All in all I doubt I will return again to this car wash, at least for interior detailing. The exterior was was good, I would say comparable to the best of the others I have had. But somewhat disappointed on the interior. Well see how the windows are when I drive it on a rainy day and see if they streak when they start to fog.

Bad bad customer service, bad deals , very expensive, not recommended, red all what happen with me ,the first owner bluewave it was a good and cheap , then the new owner now is Carmel they have very expensive prices every week new manager and new prices I pay monthly and I like to clean my car once a day everyday and that is normal I like my car be clean , and that is the deal and what you pay for it pay for it and they told you to come anytime you want to , today I went there the manager scan the stacker on the windshield hr told me I use my car for business and that mean this is commercial vehicle and you shoukd pay 59 dollar for that !!!! I told him just because I come everyday that mean i have business!!!! He says yes and he loss money for that ,and he told me i can come just 10 times a month that work bUT not everyday !!! So i stop the account and that not make any sense , because im not taxi i dont have any thing show i have a business just because I come everyday really i pissed off ...shame on them...........

We come here all the time. They have great customer service as well as a variety of washes. They have the basic wash where you just run through, all the way up to a buff and polish for a showroom. My favorite thing is that they hand dry your car so you dont have water spots, and the vacuums are free with a wash. No more quarters!! They also have a reloadable card. If you go often, it actually saves you money on your washes. Completely worth it. Its also right off the highway and next to a gas station, so thats really convenient as well. It can get a little crowded on Saturdays, but its never too bad a wait.

Their machine tore off the stripping on my Mercedes CLK! They said they had to wait until Monday ( I was only in Dallas Sat-Sun ). I go to Boomerang all the time and have never had parts of my car ripped off! They tried to show me a video of it missing from my car and tell me it was me driving up and it was gone before hand I insisted that was when I pulled back around after the wash and he showed me the CCTV which showed it was on the car prior to the wash and missing at the end ! Mercedes are well build nice cars and it cost me $500 in parts to get this fixed. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR!

I swung in for a quick wash for the first time and got the basic $6. The wash itself was fine, but then I discovered afterwards they do not provide complimentary towels to finish drying your car. The car washes I normally use closer to my home provide towels to dry your car if you choose. One of the employees told me the owner no longer provides towels because too many were being stolen......that is sad that local criminals have ruined it for everyone else. I wont be returning to this car wash unless I have a towel in my trunk!

They tell you one thing but it doesnt happen. I was told I was purchasing the package with the tire polish but my tires were still dusty/dirty looking. Went up to them and asked why are they still dirty and he said that I didnt pay for them to get waxed?! What?!? And I went to the same guy. Its also not the first time that I had a problem with them! Whatever you do dont buy a gift card they will rip you off or take money away from it without your knowledge and try to hook you by offering "free" washes. NOT WORTH IT!!

Ill never be back to this car wash. After getting my truck cleaned their were marks all over my truck. At first they wanted to charge me extra to remove them, then after talking to the manager he said he would remove them and proceeded to tell me how easy it was to do it myself and there was no way it could happen here. Theres nowhere else that would have happened. I cannot believe who disrespectful this place is and would be leery of coming here.

This place has gone down hill now that BlueWave is no longer the owners. The new owners dont care about customer service. It seems like its such a struggle for the employees to be here. I have never seen them without a serious face, I guess they get paid really low for what they are asked to do but at least try not to show it. I will NEVER take my personal car here and would rather drive 100 miles if I had to for another car wash.

If you have a car that you value, dont go here. I took my brand new BMW here to get rid of the road scum from the rain. They take brushes to the front and back of the car instead of a pressure washer - they did this before I could tell them to stop. The clear coat on my deck lid and rear bumper is now nicely scratched and Ill have to take it to the dealer to get it rubbed out. Thanks a lot, Carmel Car Wash.

I had given up on taking my vehicle to a car wash; its never clean and they do a horrible job. That did not happen here! Got a great wash inside and out. They pay attention to the details and work hard on your car. Very pleased. The only "negative" thing I would say is that there is not a lot of seating. There are only a few chairs inside and a few benches outside. Restrooms were super clean too!

Really bad guesture. When I stopped to read through options and asked for basic, One of the two person standing to take payment started sarcastically similing and finally asked that he was thinking, I was going to do an expensive 150 dollar wash. I have never encountered any business place, making fun of customer for no reason. Owner should help employee to learn basic courtsey and manners.
