If I could give them a worse rating I would. They promised me an hour to an hour and half to detail my car. No big deal. Happens its Saturday. Then when I arrive they had run my car through the quick wash and told me they would refund my money. Then after telling me they would refund the money they told me they did an oil change on my vehicle and I would have to pay for that. They then told me that the oil change wasnt done and that they had washed it....it was still just as dirty on the inside as the outside and the first guy had already told me all they had to do was run it through the car was and get the detail guys on it. Then when I told hem I dont have another hour to wait they told me that now I had to pay the $18.99 for the wash that wasnt completed and called the cops on me since at this point I was yelling and cursing. This is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. 3 people telling me three different things and the manager telling me that Im intimidating him because I told him its bs I have to pay for something they didnt do. In the end when I went inside there were 5 other people complaining about the same or similar issues.

Ive bn going here over a year, It use to be the best, but the last 3 times has been horrible. Today it was over an hour. but the inside of doors werent cleaned, the rims were still dirty. I even pointed it out to him. he gave it a less half hearted sweep making no dent in the remaining dirt inside the door or the rims. I even told him really? i guess Ill go home and finish the half ass job. Unmoved by my sarcasm or disapproval i asked if they were under new mgmt. he barely shrugged his shoulders as if it řequired to much energy to verbalize OR he didnt care anymore about that than lack of service thatd been provided. nor was the inside fully wiped down as i drove off thinking that was a,waste of 20.00

I was a very unsatisfied Customer at the beginning, so I went back to let them know I that was the worst spent 155 dollars Ive spent on anything in my life,.luckily their sales guy Humberto addressed the issue as it if it were his own.He quickly and efficiently took care of my issue got my car looking like it just came out of the dealership.He genirously took care of the engine and a superb wax at no cost.Thanks to his comprehension and willingness to address the issue along with the crew that detail cleaned my car I am now a nightly satisfied customer . Also Humberto should be promoted to manager hes an asset to the company .

Visited this location on Friday 4/14 during the afternoon. Dropped my truck off for an oil change (synthetic) and detail. In all I spent about $125. The service was excellent, the truck was cleaned very well. However I dont appreciate the ~$20 in change that was stolen from the cup holder in my truck. This is very disappointing because I do believe that this location does an excellent job detailing vehicles, and now I wont be able to go there any more. Would not recommend this car wash to anyone without locking up your valuables.

Bought the Supreme package. Outside looks nice. Inside was barely touched. Called a guy over to wipe down dash and center console. Then came home and had to do it myself. Passenger front floor was not vacuumed completely. Inside of doors, dash, console and seats had to be wiped down. I didnt pay 23 bucks so I could do it myself. There are way too many car washes in the area for me to ever justify going back here. Lost my business for sure. They werent busy at all either, thats the worst part..

Rating=Far worse than Poor. WORST CARWASH EVER!!!! Terrible and RUDE management, Ignorant and disrespecting employees. The carwash ripped off a piece of my car, and they are claiming that they are not responsible for this. The emplyees ignorantly direct you to drive your car in the wash, and the directions were to put the car in neutral, therefore I have no control of what your machine does with my car. DO NOT go here! Terrible business!

This is 5 star! Under new ownership and management, and the crew is awesome start to finish. Everything has been updated, and the prices are the best, along with discounts every day. My car has never looked better! The manager, Tim, is actually out in the work area working on cars, and making sure the customers needs are met! Ive had my car washed there weekly and NEVER had a bad experience!

The sales person was very rude! He was asking for extra charges on basic wash just to clean windows. I wouldnt recommend it because the staff is really rude and not welcoming and also they would tell you all the expensive car wash they have. Make sure get the coupons and take the advantage if you ever wanna go! I hated the sales person for being very rude to me!

Take my car here all the time, theyve always done a great job. Absolutely cannot beat the $9 wheel deal from 8-10am. They wash, vacuum, and wipe the car down inside and out. The one star review must have reviewed the wrong car wash, this place drives the car into the wash for you and you wait inside.

This use to be my favorite car wash to go to for my oil change and a detail. They have gotten so sloppy with their work and half detailing my car. Im going someplace different. I tried to be a Team player, but the third time was a wrap for me.

I used my credit card at this place. Tried to use it again later in the day and there was an attempt of fraudulent activity on my card. Someone there is a thief. When I can prove it, Ill be back in there to deal with them.

William was wonderful with my sons Isuzu Rodeo. We bought the Isuzu used it was filthy when William and his team was done with the Isuzu interior it look almost brand new. Wonderful service. Thank you!

Do not care for this place! My truck looked great but after leaving the excess wheel cleaner sprayed on the side of my truck and ran down from mirrors and tail gate guard! Will not be back!
