This was my first time visiting Heritage car wash and it will most certainly be my last. I went there expecting to get my car cleaned in a timely manner and be on my way. I was wrong. It took them close to 2 hours just for a car wash and for them to wipe down the interior of the car. If the wait wasnt bad enough, when I finally got back into my car every inch except for the material was so oily I could barely touch it. I could hardly breathe due to the chemical smell and wound up with a headache and nauseated. I then noticed that my couple dollars worth of change had been stolen out of the holder where I keep it. I would never leave valuable items in the car, but I didnt think I would need to clear out all my change as well. Horrible service and quality. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

So the wash was ok. They did a good job considering the package I bought so I can forgive some of the less-than-perfect details in my "detail." What I cant forgive is the guy bringing my car around and not telling me that they knocked the boot out of the console on my shifter, which now just hangs loose and exposes the inside of the console. My car is 15 years old. I know things arent going to always be like new. But do not just give me my car back like everythings fine and not own up to damage. Thats what teenagers working summer jobs do. I liked Heritage, and like them, I wont be back.

Got a $6 dollar basic exterior wash, after the car came out, its still dirty, spots everywhere? Dirt on the corners everywhere? While the machines washed the car, it managed to poped one of my rear mirror open...? Then I Went inside to pay and found out no cashier/manager was there at the front desk? few customers waiting in line ahead of me to pay, but no one showed up. After 15 mins waiting, I had to go find and ask them to charge the "bad service" since I have to go asap, I couldnt wait any longer. Overall, not a happy experience.

After the guys at Lowes scratched the heck my tailgate, a person at my dealership recommended I take my truck to Heritage. They washed my car, buffed out the scratch and got glue/gum/gunk off the lights. All they charged me for was the car wash. The guys were super nice, explained what they were doing and then told me what I could do in the future if I wanted to get the scratch 100% gone. Right now, my truck looks 90% better and it only cost me a car wash, which it needed anyway. Great job by great guys.

I have given this place chance after chance because it is local and I try to do as much business as I can locally. Today was the last chance. When I pay 40.00 for a package and then when I leave there is still sticky soda on the console by the cup holder and dust you can see on the dash I call that a poor job. I also tried the one in Denton which was no better. I would recommend to anyone to use someone other than Heritage wash. I will go to Lewisville where I have had a better experience from now on.

Very poor service, payed $67 and the truck was still dirty. One of the managers name Fernando argued with me when i told him that the carpets still need to be vacuumed. On the seat there were still alot of dirt. He told me i needed to pay more for them to do it. Hahaha, i will never go back there. They take ur money and give u poor service. I miss the old owners they were always nice and would take care of there customers. Also, when i asked to speak to the owner he gave me the run around.

I come here about once a month but this time this car was the cleanest its ever been in along time! I got the super clean. And it looks like new. They were two ladies who did the inside and got every crevice. Im mean it was very thorough. I even got water offered to me. Im so thankful and grateful to those ladies and everyone there working really hard. I drive from Denton because I didnt like the service at Heritage. But Im loving my car! And I encourage everyone to go come here! Thank U!

Spent 165$ to find standing water under my back seat. Looks like they just let it air dry then tried to wipe it off. I worked at a car wash and if one of my customers cars went out looking like that I would have been fired. Lazy and pathetic. Manager on duty was a joke. Its simple I asked how much I needed to pay to make it look brand new. Was told 165$ but couldnt get the dog hair out which was fine. I spent 45 minutes finishing the job I paid them to do.

THIEVES!!! These guys are extremely unprofessional and cant be trusted. I had my ipod stolen out of my truck and immediately went to the manager only to be told that it was my word against theirs. Contacted the local Police Department and was told basically the same thing. I told all of my neighbors about what happened and several said that they had similar experiences. There are way too many choices out there to put up with this poorly run organization.

Master Shine is the best there workers work hard on making the customer happy they have a lot of respect and that is what I love most about them they have a lot of pride in what they do and I personally want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart you people mean the world to me cause you know how to treat people. So please stop by and get your car washed and just see what I am talking about and hopefully you will recommend them to someone as well.

Heritage Carwash was a pretty good place when they first opened up. However the quality has gone down over the years. For instance, they dont do a good job of getting bugs off the bumpers of your car. They also do a poor job of cleaning the windows and the basic wipe down of the car. Heritage also offers windshield repair. Dont bother. I had them do it for my Equinox and they did a very half assed job and then made a claim on my insurance.

When this was Heritage I went a couple of times and it was awful. After the storm damage (and a change in ownership at the car wash I switched to) I gave them another try. Did an interior detail and they were fast and did a great job. Have been a few times since then doing different washes and each time I have been impressed. Glad the change turned out to be better service, better value, and more convenient!

Took my Liberty to Heritage on Swisher to get it washed and detailed today after reading some of the reviews. They did a fantastic job! I was out of there in less than 45 minutes even though I had them detail the interior and steam the floor mats. Im honestly not sure my car has been this clean since I bought it brand new. Yes, its a little pricey, but they do a great job midweek when it isnt as busy!
