Terrible car wash! I went 2 different times, the first time I went I got the basic car wash when I got out to look at my car it was still soaked, still dirty, and came out with new scratches on my car, I didnt complain cause I thought well maybe it was because I got the basic car wash and thought maybe the scratches were already there. So the second time I went and upgraded to the $13 dollar car was which included my tires/rims getting cleaned and was supposed to change the soap to give the car a better clean...(by the way the car wash upgrade didnt make a difference everything was the same) But yet again I came out of the car wash with a soaked, still dirty car and still dirty rims and more scratches when I complained to the owner he said there was nothing he could do... I didnt even want my money back I simply wanted my car cleaned because thats what I paid for. He didnt care and said that it was basically my fault for picking the type of upgrade that I picked... Which made no sense so basically DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I went to Jerrys express car wash on cooper and actually got my car cleaned and great customer service

I paid for a $7 dollar wash which is what I normally get & after I go through the car wash Im told that I cant vacuum out my car because that section is closed for the day! Mind you its 6:30 they dont close until 7:45 so why is it closed but yall are clearly still open? WTF they didnt say anything about it not working its just closed, really who does that? Who washes their car & doesnt want to clean the inside out if that was advertised I wouldve have went somewhere else! They just lost a loyal customer..... Dont go here unless you only want to wash your car!

Absolutely terrible facility. 1. Automated payment kiosk would not read either of my two cards, had to insert cash. 2. Human at the entrance did not respond at all when I greeted him, and he did not prewash any areas of the car which he was supposed to. 3. I paid for the second tier wash, but the end result still did not clean my car completely, leaving bird droppings and streaks on my windshield just for one example.

The Girls

They told me I could NOT have a re-wash on my $3 wash even though there was clearly still dirt all over the front of my bumpers and hood. Yes, the front of my car was still dirty and they would not rewash it because I only got the $3 wash. He said that I have to pay more for the "bug and tar remover" to get the dirt off. Go to Jerrys or Jetts--they know you dont send a customer away with a dirty car.

Wash was OKAY, and while I was vacuuming an old man came up on the other side of the fence and was watching me, despite there being others there. He makes his way around the fence and comes over to ask me, now eyeing maliciously, if the vacuums are free. I say yeah, vacuum for a minute more and leave. Idk who he is, but Im not coming back. Id rather pay more for a better wash and no harassment

Ive given this 3 tries. Today I spent $18 for the bells and whistles. Poor outcome. The grill is still dirty. They back of car by trunk is still dirty. Paid extra for wheels to be cleaned, didnt they cleaned. The weather spray never came on. This is my last visit. Time to find a better car wash that cares about the consumer paying too much money for poor quality service.

This really is not a very good car wash. Anything more than dust is suspect if it will be removed during the wash cycle. The vacuums are a joke too. Go down the street to clean getaway and pay a couple of dollars more for a proper car wash.

Needs maintenance really bad, the 2 scrubbers do not rotate and another one barely touches the car.... all the bad scrubbers are on the left side. Its been like this for several several MONTHS. Will not come back ever again!

Raised prices but wont maintain their equipment. Car came out the same way it went in, dirty. The dryer doesnt have the force to push side mirrors back out and the spinners havent been changed since they opened.

Machine did not give me my change told me too see attendant. He told me I was lying and he started recording me and my vehicle. I have never had this problem here. He refused to give me manager information.

They scratched up my winshield with a push broom and wont do anything about it. I will never go there again and will tell everybody I know in Arlington how horrible they are.
