Update - Was contacted by the GM, Nick, regarding this review and he made a service offer to reconcile my 3-star experience. This is a bold and brave thing for him to contact a dissatisfied customer. Really admire him for reaching out to me. Changing my review to 4-star with the potential of 5-star if my return visit goes well. The work done on the detailed interior cleaning of my truck was excellent, but the estimate of 2-1/2 hours to complete it turned into 4 hours when they got busy and repeatedly left my truck aside to complete other tasks. They were just starting the work when I returned after more than two hours away. I highly recommend the final product, but caution that you might need to be prepared to leave your vehicle for a while.

Passed my VPC inspection with zero issues. Able to make all the signs of a 11-hour interstate drive disappear in under an hour. Great with pet hair issues as well! Friendly and very professional, staff members are great! Able to answer questions over the phone, and very courteous when dropping off. Opted for the Super Deluxe wash package, and it came with the interior and vacuum included. I even got $3 off because it was a Tuesday and I was a guy. Ladies get their discounts on Wednesday. What a really cool discount! I couldnt go for the free scent, but they had a great selection.

Please lock all your items or take anything of value. One of the workers sole money out of my console. He had no business looking thru my car. Took my keys and my charges out of my console left them in the front seat and proceeded to move my money out of the console and into his pocket. If Id known I had to lock up everything in my car at a carwash to where they rip you off while theyre drying the car off in front of you, I would have never went!!

This car wash will not accept 12.5 width tires and will deny you service. Im sure that they dont know the actual width of my tires to compare to their track, they must have just seen the tires as "oversized" and just said no. BUT if you have a vehicle with larger tires (as long as they are 12.5 wide) you should go to "PARKWAY CAR WASH" best and friendly service and learn you by name! Also better prices!!

Used to be a good place. But all the workers there are thugs and illegals that dont give 2 shytes about ur car. And its all old now. Owner need to re due the whole place n check his employees. Its bettrr to do it urself all the brushes there scratch ur paint and after a few times you see a million scratch marks. Your call

i went one day to get a estimate and they told me 100 to shampoo inside , so i went today and the guy told me 170 so i went home and didnt get the service i even explained to the guy the price was wrong but he ignored me. i got home and called and they told 60 dollars for shampoo . =/ they cant make up their mind.

Ive been to so many car washes and this ons is by far most the best the price may be a little higher but the end results are the best I never seen no one else but so much detail in a car especially when they are drying the car real good service

Had to find a place to clean off the 700 miles of bug carcasses before taking my car for overseas shipment, so was grateful to find this place to do a power wash and vacuum for $11 and close to the dropoff place! Extra services available also.

This place actually guarantees your car wash! I have never had a problem here. I actually find it very convenient compared to all other drive thru car washes. By far the best and worth the drive to Grand Prairie.

This is the best place to get a touchless car wash in DFW. If it rains within 5 days of your wash its free. Awesome customer service. Great experience
