They have lost my business. I have posted this on social media...customers do not matter to them... WARNING ABOUT Mi T Fine Car Wash (in particular on MacArthur). Attention my dear Irving friends..DO NOT USE Mi T Fine Car Wash, they dont care about their clients!!! The MacArthur locations Manager David Moreno is absolutely the rudest individual I have encountered in a very long time. They damaged my dads truck after they told him it was ok to go through their machine because of the age of the truck. Now that there is damage to the truck, BEFORE HE HUNG UP ON ME, he has not only implied that we are lying, but basically said we are "out of luck" for the damage and missing pieces (again after telling him it was ok to go through and taking his money). So sad that they would take advantage of a senior citizen like this. They can kiss the full detail business that my husband and I have given them over the years!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... Had my car washed for the first time at this location. Paid $12.99 for the Full Service wash, which included exterior wash and interior vacuum, wipe down. The wash was okay... nothing special, but fit the price. It rained the same evening. Their website claims they offer a 1-day guarantee for the Full Service wash...and did not mention a price or package description. When I arrived the next day for my guarantee, I was declined. Employees, including manager, claimed the guarantee was only offered on the HIGHER PRICED Full Service wash. And even after I advised him that the website did not mention this difference, he still would not give me the free wash. I wasted my entire lunch break to drive out there for nothing.

Warnig costumers! When receiving the car in the vacuums is a boy hispanic look wears Eyeglasses, black hair, weigh 210 lbs, High 56 , 22 years old look, that gay today heightened voice because I said I did not understand English well and closed the door of my car very hard to prove that he was angry. This person should not work here and talk so even if customers do not fully understand his bad English This is the second time the boy give the same problem with me. I think this is my last time washed my car in this car wash The next time i will need call to the police o claim a legal request, but i no need problems free, no longer this car wash. If the owner car wash need information for ID exacly the gay, can leve here the email.

I took my car for a detail, while I was there I needed to send an urgent fax. I asked the receptionist who told me no and immediately became argumentative, she informed me that the Mi-T fine Car Wash is not a "Office Depot". The manager offered no assistance in fact he agreed with the receptionist and informed me that he did not want to be responsible for the fax. I had to retrieve my car immediately in order to find a place close by to fax a document. I have been to this car wash on numerous occasions and I really needed my car detailed because I had traveled during the holiday but I will never return to this establishment because of the poor treatment and the disrespect.

I went in on Wednesday 7.6.15 and got the " Manager Special" for $13 and some change. I read on the website that the Manager Special includes,wiping dusting and brushing. Well all they did was vacuum my car. My center console, steering wheel, doors everything was the exact same way I left it, dirty. I even paid the extra $5 to condition my dash. If I would have known that would have been the only place they wiped, I would have done it myself. Granted the exterior of my car was nice and sparkly clean, its been 3 days and I still have the tire shine they use. Next time Im going to be a little to out spoken and point out their flaws before I drive off.

I have been to two of the mi-T fine car wash locations and have horrible experiences both Times; almost indescribable. The Few employees I have encountered are rude and have no problem talking back to you, Rush their Jobs (Probably provoked by management to squeeze as much money as they can) and dont pay attention to detail. They have seen the last dollar from me, and I caution anyone that wants quality customer service to take their business elsewhere. DISRESPECTING your customers is unacceptable in a business, and those guys who have no respect for a paying customer should be relieved. Plenty of other Car Wash Places with way better service!

Wife parked under a tree and birds, well you know all over the truck. Took the truck to them to wash. They said to try washing it first. Didnt come off. They called the supervisor David over, he said he could get it out with wax, since it was already washed would only charge me $30 for the hand wax and they could get right on it. He actually waxed half of it. David is one of the best employees I have ever seen, he bounced around that place making sure everyone was doing there job and took care of any customer issues A.S.A.P.

Extremely poor. Charge you more for missing services.Manager is extremely rude speaks like a gangster. the only reason i had gone there a couple of times was because it was close to me but every time they charged more stole petty change gave less service and especially the manager is terrible. if you wanna be robbed shouted at get a shitty deal for incomplete work for your car go to this place!

I cant really comment on the service because I never managed to get any. Between the car and the cash register I was quoted three different prices for a detail. Then I was told I would have to come back after getting an appointment. With this many red flags I decided to try some other place. I went to the other location of this chain and it was just as bad.

Decent car wash if youre just passing thru to get a quick wash. I came to this car wash after a cross country drive from Virginia (major bug residue) and I specifically asked if they could get them off. Well, the machine didnt (it got a few); but the staff was nice enough post-wash to hand clean the bugs off for me. They were cool

Had some damages caused to my brand new vehicle and the owner advised he wasnt going to take responsibility after I gave him facts of how it was caused at his car wash!! Felt very disappointed and aggravated with the horrible service. Especially after being a regular customer. Its been by far my worst experience!!

i know its their job to try to get us to get a more expensive wash because thats how managers get more monies because they broke and i used to work at a car wash before i moved but it gets pretty annoying even though i already told them what i want but other than that its a pretty nice place

I went to this car wash, paid with a credit card, then something broke with their car wash and they couldnt wash my car. I asked for a refund since I lived no where near the place. They refused and told me to come back another day. Please dont do business with these car washes!
