Dont go there. I paid $155 for a full detail and it looks like crap. I walked the outside of my car & pointed out all the bug guts the 8 ppl hovering at my car missed. The interior looked slightly wiped, def not good work at all! Yet they tell me that I didnt pay to have this or that done and that I needed to upgrade to the $200 package to have my doors wiped (simply cleaned not asking for wax door treatment!). Really, interior being touched is only with the $200 package? The salesman up sold me and I even told the detailers before hand to please get certain interior areas....they agreed. Yet when I pointed out the poor work, Im told I needed to upgrade to the $200 package from $155 for decent quality of work. I simply paid $155 for a $10 car wash, a very light coat of wax (that didnt get the bugs from the front bumper) & my tint scratched by the waxing machine. I was ripped off big time! Do NOT go there, Uve been warned.

Well if you drive a truck they never clean the back glass. on Jan 10th I pull in. One car there. I pay for the wheel deal $8.00. needless to say the wheels were not cleaned or armor alled. I tip if they wipe my trucks down. back glass included. Well no tip. I pull around to vacuum. Back glass and back bumper still wet. So I go over to the rack and get a towel. Two employees run towards me telling me I cant use their towels. I tell them if they would do their job I would not have to use a towel of theirs. I walk into the office. 2 females sleeping on the job... no manager to be found. This is 4th time this has happened. But since its on MaTlock almost in that danger zone of Arlington I should know better. NEVER AGAIN WILL GO HERE. HORRIBLE.

I just left this place and got "The Works". More like "The Shaft". Got home and the grill and front bumber still dirty, water still on the inside of the doors and all over the body, rims still dirty and dirt still in several areas on the body. Chrome bumpers and OBVIOUSLY not cleaned. Dust still on the carpets in the back floor and carpet not tacked back in from vacuuming under front mats. I understand they want to go fast for voluneme, but it was less than 10 minutes on "The Works". Usually a decent place but a WASTE of $30 today. I wont ever use this place again. I would rather drive 15 miles to have it done right.

I live right down the street and when I just want to get the dirt off not necessarily a deep clean this is the best place. I would spend more then 5.00 to do half the job the wash and workers do at a self car wash. The workers have always been friendly and very attentive, no complaints....From the 5.00 wash to the 20.00 it is well worth the money! There is a another spot right down the street and I paid extra to get the better and have the under carriage washed, and it was not even wet, and then I had to dry my truck myself.....So this is by far the best one I have been too.

I have been here three times and it is a little different. You get free vacuums, but you have to do the job yourself. Really that is not a bad idea if you dont want someone else in your car. I prefer to not have their folks in my vehicle so vacuuming myself is good. The cleanliness on the outside is adequate, but some of their towel drying could be improved, they didnt wipe the area between the trunk lid and bumper, which had left dirty water in that area. I had to show them where to towel dry. Otherwise I will return for cleaning again.

I have used them almost exclusively for since 2012 for all my cars. Just recently they seem to be raising the prices and skimping on the work they use to do for the same service. Im not sure if its the influx of the new people or the lax attitude of the management team. I am leaning more toward the squeezing the turnip for another dime. Ive recommended the service to multiple contacts and am seriously considering hiring a mobile detailer. Either get the ship right or youll see more cars leaving without the higher end care requested.

Their 72 hour rain check is a lie. Came back within the time frame with my receipt and they refused to rewash my car. It visibly had water spots on it but since it had not rained in Mansfield, they would not wash my car for the rain check they advertise even though it had rained in Dallas the previous day. Along with that you have to specifically ask them to clean off spots the automated machine missed. To top it off they expect a tip for any spot or bug that had been missed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Price is cheap but this tunnel wash is NOT safe for your car. I went in there and decided to spend the extra money and get one of the more "deluxe" packages which includes a tire & wheel cleaner. Well their "wheel cleaner" popped my center cap off of my wheel. So I paid $20 to wash only to need to replace my $50 center cap. Told the staff, They told me cant help me. Not returning to this place. Beware! This tunnel wash is NOT safe for your car!

This car wash like any other car wash damages parts on vehicles yet they solely hold the customer responsible for the faulty acts of their machines and refuse to fix this issue. Both of my cars have been damaged from this car wash and they refuse to do anything about it. I will not be returning and Id rather pay the prices they charge for their services at a hand wash car wash. Highly over priced and poor customer service.

They looked busy when I got there, and I quickly figured out why, my expectations were greatly exceeded and at half of what I thought it was going to cost! Most of all, they have a waiting room with free drinks but youd better down that coffee quick cause my car was done before it cooled down enough to drink. Very honest people here too, none of my personal belongings were touched. I will definitely be going back.

I had my truck detailed there and they did it in about 2 hours on a Saturday. I was pleased with the job except for the amount of shiny stuff used on the inside. Im sure you could tell them not to use it. Im not a fan of shine products. I prefer just being simply clean. I would go back though.

They would not let me get a wash because of alot of "bird poop" which i did not have much just a little from parking under a tree . Will never come back here again, i thought the point of carwashes was to clean cars what so they want me to do bring a clean car in already washed ?

I went here with my family. There was a very rude employee named Chad there who was not professional. The details are long and frankly I do not wish to relive them but I will just say that I have never been so rudely treated in my life. I will never go back there.
