$6 CAR WASH (which fails to clean back of car) TURNS INTO $500 MISTAKE. Used the car wash in November 2015. Front windshield wiper fell off and an employee was able to recover it. However, he took the initiative to try to put it on, the arm slipped out of his hand, and sent a crack half way up my windshield. The "corporate" office (which doesnt exist) denied my claim to pay for the windshield citing they have a video of me asking the employee to put it on. I did no such thing. Even if I had, employees should be trained not to do so based on liability. Im going to continue to fight this battle - there is no reason I should pay $500 deductible for a new windshield because of their negligence. Also, highly doubtful they have voice recording capability in the vacuum area where this incident took place. Half of the vacuum banks dont even have functioning vacuums.

Ive used this car wash several times since it has opened with no problem. Recently, Ive had to argue to get them to rewash my car when it didnt come clean and after today I will not return. I chose a cheaper car wash on the screen than I was charged for, but when I clicked the help button nobody came. I just blew it off and moved ahead. Went to vacuum my car and only half the right side had vacuums. After having to move for the 3rd time because half of those didnt work, I informed the attendant who said jokingly, "I only work here". I was then told theres nothing he could do and I should just write a bad review. After reading many bad reviews on several sights its obvious they dont care about their customers anyways. washed my car here and when it came out the wash it had grease all over the front of it. I approached the manger Christopher Anderson to look at my vehicle and he said there was no way the car wash could have put grease on my car. I asked him to check the cameras to prove it wasnt on my car and he refused and told me to leave the property. I then called the Mansfield police and Christopher Anderson put a Criminal Trespass on me. Too bad for him I have a camera on my car and could proove it wasnt there when I went in. If you value your car dont ever use one of these car washs. These bastards need to be shut down and not allowed to do business !!!

Zero Stars if Possible. they broke a factory piece on my BMW, and after over a month of not returning my calls and ignoring my emails I like with the local manager ( who called me a liar, and was all around as unhelpful as possible ) and he informed me that they debited my claim. I asked him if he thought I should have gotten a call, or anything and he responded saying "Now you know." What a bunch of jerks and crooks. If you value your cassocks, use another place. I know they are not on every corner, but its not worth it to get several hundred dollars of damage done to your car and not get help fixing it.

My wife washed our newly purchased Suburban at this location. It was the first time it had been washed. After leaving, she noticed a series of scratches down the drivers side. After I talked with the manager of the location around an hour after the wash, he claimed that the machines couldnt make those "types of scratches" in the pattern on the side of the vehicle. While it is impossible to prove anything in our case, I would be careful using this particular facility.

Lazy people! Easy step before getting a wash is spraying it and using a little spa soap. Bought the most expensive wash didnt clean the back nor front! Asked to get a re wash and they said sorry only if its extremely dirty. Last time I checked I payed for a service and this isnt the first time I should of learned the first couple of times. This place is crap.

Awesome customer service. Very cute older gentleman working there helped me with the point of sale touch screen and chatted with me while I waited for cars to move. Should of asked for his number. Only thing I dont like is the operator of the spray hose only sprays the left side of everyones car.... Gur

Lousy car wash, paid $12 for a wash, did a horrible job and the manager wanted to argue about where the dirt came from....who cares. When you can still write your name in the road film on the side why argue about it? Very rude. Went here over a year ago with crappy results then too....never again!

I washed and waxed my car last week by hand . I though id try jet express today, and noticed a scratched going all the way down the side that wasnt their before . I didnt much care for the quality of the wash as well. This being the second time Ive gone to this one and the last time I might add

The staff is friendly and the parking lot is always clean. The vacuums for your car is completely free whether you buy a carwash or not. Its a very inviting atmosphere and I get my car washed at least once a week. It takes 4 minutes and youre done. Five stars.

This is one of the worst car washes Ive ever been too, every time that I have gone there to get my vehicle washed and I paid for a good wash it is come out looking dirty still it is absolutely ridiculous

Stinks and even when the equipment is not working, they take your money and send you through. If parts of the washer are not working, dont charge full price and pretend everything is normal. Crooks.

Long wait! I know its usually a longer wait at most all car washes during nice weather, but this one seemed usually long. The wash was good, though. Car turned out clean.

Dont expect much from the wash here. Its really pretty bad and the vacuums arent much better. If youre desperate for a car wash its better than nothing but only slightly.

Still had bug juice on the front...not sure why they didnt spray/scrub the front of the car like they did the back....Isnt the front where most if the crud usually is?

Quick inexpensive car wash. Vacuums have the narrow nozzle to get in tight places.
