I took my truck to be wash here because it is close to my house. I arrived at 7:50 pm on Saturday, July 5, 2014. I purchased the $13 premium wash. Everything was fine until I went to the bay area to clean the inside of my truck with the vacuum that is provided with the service. A worker took the trash bins from both sides that I needed and about a minute later the vacuum stopped working. I went to the front and asked what was wrong with the vacuum. He said that he doesnt know but they are closed. I asked for the manager and he said that the Manager was in the door which was locked. The person in charge came out with his cooler in his hand to go home and I told him that I just got there and I wanted to clean the inside of my truck. He told me that they close at 8pm and they are available 12 hours a day from 8a to 8p and that I can come back tomorrow to finish cleaning my truck. Isnt that great customer service! I told him that why did they allow me to pay for the service knowing that they will shut everything down at 8p. He never responded and continued to walk to his car and left. There were 3 other customers after me and we were all upset. Dont go to this car was after 7:30pm or dont go at all. If this was my business the person in charge will have to wait until the last paying customer is finished with their vehicle, in regards to vacuuming. Im pissed and I will do something about this.

My wife goes down there for the last few years, recently they hired a new sales rep/cashier enrique, this person is extremely rude, she requested for a basic wash, he told her her car was dirty and it would break their machine and she had to get a min of 20 dollar wash, when she requested him to speak to manager, he told her he did not care and he can personally call him, was obnoxious, i told my wife never to go there.

Good, clean car wash with awesome self-service vacuum stalls that are free with your car wash. The staff is very friendly and professional... they even came out to the vacuum stalls to tell some teenagers to turn their car radio off because other customers dont want to hear their subwoofers and vulgar music blaring about the car wash. 5 stars. They even have a rain check free re-wash policy.

I drive out of my way to use this car wash. The wash and dry is more thorough. They are set up to discourage people from getting free vacuum if they didnt pay for a wash. A closer car wash has people vacuuming that didnt wash so frequently I had to wait for a vacuum after paying for my wash. Ive even waited for the vacuum while people vacuum the inside of their home vacuum cleaner.

They did an amazing job after an accidental coffee spill. I was in the midst of moving to a new house, and even though my car was full of things from the move, they carefully packed everything up, detailed the car, and loaded it all back up. The employees and manager were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

I love this car wash! All of their employees are so friendly and they do a great job. They are also so FAST!! I will never go anywhere else. If there is something missed or a problem they will fix it. I had a piece fall off of my car and it was not their fault and they helped me with it.

All my cars come out clean, and by any chance there is anything unsatisfactory, they make it right. There front man Allan is friendly and professional. The detailers hard working and friendly. They have earned my buisiness coming from midlothian.

Rediculous they close at 1:00 due to rain, when forecast shows clearing. Monthly customers have to go spend money at other car washes. Saw 7 cars leave un a 5 minute span. With that being said its by far a better wash than others.

They broke my antenna off of the truck and I have been through many carwashes and never had this problem before. Manager was very rude and they have no customer service at all. I AM WARNING EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THIS WASH.

Been using this company since February! They always do a great job and Juan (Manager) is very friendly and their customer service is on point. Best car wash team in all of Dallas that Ive worked with!

Aweful!!! Customer service sucks. I paid $18 for a car wash yesterday, the tire shine got all over the car. Brought the car back today and was asked to pay!!! What a rip off! Never again.

Very nice place. For 15.99 you can get a car wash and get it detailed inside. Well worth the price. Plus for a bonus we got a coupon for a free wash in the next 7 days
