Do not be fooled by how classy and clean this place looks. You would expect flawless service from such a place, but when me and my mother visited the car wash, we got the exact opposite of what was to be expected. The only problem with this car wash is the manager. Yes, you read that right. The man reeks of unprofessionalism. His ethnicity is Indian, I believe. They told my mother that her car was ready to be picked up. By the time we got there and pulled up to the place, the car looked the opposite of ready. We saw four staff members and even the manager (who we did not know was the manager) squeezed into the car still cleaning it. My mother got a little upset because they specifically told her the car was ready. I had no idea if they were doing finishing touches... I did not know what the deal was. My mother got the impression that they started cleaning at the moment we arrived. The manager came over to us, and my mother told him off for saying the car was ready. He told us "It is ready!" My mother proceeded by telling him it was not and that she could see the staff members still cleaning. The manager lost all his patience, and was quick to lash out at my mother. A small part of me felt like he was racist (me and my mother are Muslims). He walked away from my mother complaining very loudly to himself. I was telling myself "What is with this man? Does he want to get fired?" My mother followed him outside to ask for the manager. Unfortunately, to our dismay, HE was the manager. His pride and direct attitude made sense of that. He yelled at my mother, "I AM THE MANAGER," in a very prideful manner and almost as if he wanted to slap her in the face. This had caused me to get out of my car and intervene. I told the man he was being unprofessional and not to speak to my mother that way in front of me. My mother told him she is going to give the car wash a bad review and that she will not come back to it. The "manager" had the nerve to tell her "I DO NOT WANT YOU TO COME BACK!" That is something abnormal coming from a managers mouth. What kind of manager wants his business to have a bad name? Apparently, he wants the car wash to go out of business. Before I knew it, all three of us were arguing and this has got the attention of all the staff members. Unfortunately, this has also caused me an anxiety attack. The staff members were freaked and sympathetic at my reaction. They all tried to calm me down, but it did not work. I decided to walk off and pace around in circles, but the members were following me because they thought I was not going to be okay. I feel immense sadness that this nice crew has to work for that sorry excuse of a man and a manager. The manager saw me crying, looked guilty and walked off into the office. The crew stayed behind and offered us their sincerest apologies. All in all, the crew was awesome, but the manager needs a reality check and a diagnosis for bipolar disorder.

I just went here the other day and they broke the handle on my suv, they tried to tell me that i came with it already broken , the nerve! I even paid $50 for it to get detailed..which was a mediocre job.... They said since my suv was older than 7 years they would not even fix what they broke! And Im very disappointed , I should have drove away when I saw no cars being washed on a sunny Thursday afternoon! While I was there for almost a hour , only one other person came to get thier car washed, a lot of people must have had bad service as well, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and go somehwere else, im not even a person that likes to write reviews only when service is awesome or COMPLETELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Dont make the same mistake I did.

This place does a very good job of washing and cleaning cars, but I only gave it 4-stars because I have never had the detail service yet. Once I get the detailing done, then I can give it the 5-star rating, depending on how well they do. Otherwise, the service is quick, they do a good job of vacuuming and drying the vehicle and I have never had any issues with their service. Very friendly staff and clean building. The ONLY thing I would change here are the chairs in the sitting area. I sat down in the chairs close to the wash bay area and nearly fell through to the bottom. It felt like I was about to sit on the floor. Lol

Came here to get my car detailed before my trip for Christmas. I asked for the Express leather detail. When they said the car was done, they didnt touch any of the leather. Instead they did the carpets, which werent even dirty! When I asked about it, they said thats what I asked for, which I know I did not! Didnt even offer to fix their screw up. I loved this place when it was speedy bee, but now its a bunch of rude idiots.

They called him "the boss", the least one with customer care attitude, calling his clients liars. They called to tell me the car was ready, and when I got there each and every one of them was still cleaning and vacuuming the car. When I told THE SO CALLED "boss", why would they call and the car was not even ready, he started... and you all know the rest. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.

The staff is really polite and welcoming! They made sure my car is clean and vacuumed very well. They repeated the service twice just to make sure they do their job awesome. Highly recommend, very economical ($12 for basic wash and inside vaccum)
