Used to use Hyrdoclean whenever I needed a car wash. And the fact that their vacuums were free was great whenever Ive had get the inside of my car vacuumed out. Two weeks ago I was there to do just that and was told that I couldnt use the towels because those are for customers that have already paid for a carwash....Nevermind that Ive done just that on numerous occasions. Today I was vacuuming out my wifes car. A guy approached me and said "so what kind of wash are you going to get today?" I told him that I wasnt and he replied by saying that he was going to have to ask me to leave. I told him that I will and that I just wont use Hydroclean again. He replied by saying "Youre not using it now" To which I replied that I have in the past. I understand that that there were paying customers circling the lot looking to vacuum out their cars after getting it washed. But the attendants tone was really offputting. Apparently, free vacuums doesnt mean hassle free vacuums. I see that another car wash is being built further down on Roundgrove. Maybe Ill give them a try when the open or just go back to Star Wash on business 121. This experience at hydroclean was just too annoying.

DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH THE DAMAGE DONE! Today I took my NEW car that I just purchased. Its not brand new but its in wonderful condition and its all black so I have definitely inspected the car inside and out. I took my car there today and right when I got out to vacuum it.. I noticed not just one spot but in the exact same spot on the other side of my front bumper that there were scratches consistent with brushes that scrub the car. I was talking to one of the employees about it and he wasnt any help so I asked for a manager… Manger (Scott) came out to tell me "no had the car was tunnel done this it would be all the way down the car" I went on to ask "how it could be that my new car has marks in the exact same spot on each side of the front bumper" He thought about it for a minute and then continued on with this wasnt the car washes fault. We ended up arguing until hes pretty much just laughing at me. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!! AT SOME POINT YOU HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR BUSINESS. I will do everything in my power to make this known in Lewisville.

I have been here a few times over the years and every time its been a different experience, first time in the beginning when it was first opened, perfect big powerful jets, good vacuuming, great service. Second time I went through and the guy taped down only my rear blade..which was odd cause they didnt do that before..and low and behold the blades and glass took a beating, third time no tape, went through, and the entire rear of the car looked like it was not even close to being clean..then finally the nail in the coffin, freezing my ass off, pulled in, decided to change the plates before i put it through as i had the pack with me and this guy who i have never seen before, who was pacing around, comes up to me in the vacuum area and lectures me about the cost of rags, as i pulled a rag to wipe the front bumper..well surprise surprise that little stunt of yours for your 50 cent rags, just cost you all of my business from here to the end of time. I left to never be seen again.

They have this creepy old guy who works at this location who seems to be watching you a bit more intently then is normal to the point that its unnerving and creepy. I even told him when he came up to me I was like youve been looking and starring at me and its creepy he walked away with no comment. I think he knew it was creepy and over the top. I mean I have a brand new luxury car and usually bring my own towels because their towels have a lot of debris in them and dont want them scratching my new paint. Just a heads up glancing and looking around is better then out right starring at people and looking into their vehicles like ur seeing what u can steal.

Hands down the best carwash for the price. Your vehicle comes out very clean unlike many of the $3-$4 washes. The extra few bucks are really worth it. The vacuums actually work very well and are powerful. They recently added even more vacuum bays so even when they are busy they still get cars going through there at a good pace so dont be intimidated by an apparently long line The Micro towels they have on site are unlimited use and they always have them available. Staff is great and so is the wash.

My husband and I have taken our vehicles here for almost a year, and we still do. Great customer service! We havent had a "bad" wash yet. Were a bit obsessive about keeping our vehicles clean, so we get a quick run through the wash here and stop to wipe and detail on the vehicle. If you run through here and expect detailed cleaning, then youre not being realistic. Its only a car wash after all. Spend some time on your vehicle too. They also have free vacuums and towels! Highly recommend this place.

Improperly calibrated side cleaning washers SHEARED OFF a rear window panel. When told of the matter, an employee retrieved the piece, returned it to me and continued to send customers through despite the alarming machine error. Despite several employees and a manager (Scott) on staff, no one attempted to communicate or help me after it became clear that this car part would not "snap on". Scott, please read reviews from 10 months ago; the same calibration issue existed with the side brushes.

One of the employees snatched the towel from my hand just because I used it slightly on the outside of the car before the wash. Ok I admit I should not have done so however instead of saying the same to me in a good way this old gentleman yanked the towel and started explaining to me the values of life, being ethical and stealing. If you looking to get life lessons and being mistreated go to this place.

Well staffed, they will re-wash if not satisfied. Like stubborn older sap not washed in a really long time. Free powerful well-maintained vacuums, plenty of clean soft damp wipes to wipe down and dry vehicles. Pleasant folks, well run, usually busy but almost 0 wait time. They work hard for your business and deserve your patronage. Got 10 washes for $15 anytime/ for any car. Just show the plastic card.

Got a bunch of scratches on my truck today. The owner, Scott, didnt believe his great machine could have done such a thing and accused me of lying. Even striations down both sides of my truck that werent there prior to the car wash .... , and my kids and wife were the ones who spotted it first. Scott got attitude then talked smack about me to another patron.

Good clean and fast wash. Its one of the better washes Ive used, it took along of the brake dust off my wheels that I didnt have to wipe up. Vacuums are powerful and clean and the free towels are nice as well. They arent broken down and raggedy, they look like very new and recent wash clothes. Definitely a good place to go.
