For starters, I have not had any problems until now. Usually I would just get the carmel wash and then go, but this weekend my car needed to be detailed. Saturday, I got my car washed and detailed. I was happy with the results on both the side and out. So I was happy with my results. But then it dawned on me yesterday that they did not put one of my Chevy Racing Mats back on the passenger side. After noticing the missing mat, I went back to ask if they have seen it. They all pretended like they didnt see anything. And to top it off, the manager was the one who did my detailing. I was so upset that I had to leave and keep my mouth shut. I spent $80 on those floor mats and had them for quite sometime and to have a person so low to steal them is not right at all. He, being the manager, told me to call back tomorrow, which is today, to speak to the man in charge, but there was no answer. Please reconsider choosing this company to take and handle your car. Just like any car wash establishment, you will always have those thieving one lurking around somewhere. In my opinion they are all thieves. And dont worry, a police report will be following after this message. And no Im not going to accept a free car wash to make up for what theyve done.

I would have given them 4 stars because its a decent fast 3 minute wash. Normally I prefer to hand wash my car. Im very particular. Im living in a high rise in the city and there is a lot of pollution in an enclosed parking garage, so this is very convenient. I used this car wash for approximately 6 months almost once a week. I never had a problem with my black M35. I did start to see swirl marks. That is why you should always use brushless, but I dont have one around here. But here is the BUT...after I sold my car in August I called and cancelled my preferred account. In September they didnt stop the billing process and they charged my AmEx. I disputed the charges and called the Lemmon Car Wash again. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone, only a answering machine will pick up. Its now November and theyve charged my AmEx yet again and this time twice in the same billing cycle. Thank goodness for AmEx, they will dispute it for me. As a courtsey I called the car wash yet again to cancel. Well see if they can get it together.

Well I just left this place, I had the inside and out wash which is usually pretty decent, couple of weeks ago I purchased the prepaid card because you get a free wash, today I noticed they mark the car with a marker, other than the receipt they usually stick to your windshield, I even asked, you guys never done this! He said I put this so they " can take extra care " of you, my ass they did, they finished in like three minutes, the car was hardly touched from the inside, and outside was not even wiped half way, I even said, that was too fast, I stood by to take care of everything, but it was half ass honestly, its a shame, I usually go there , DONT BUY prepaid washes, they half ass wash your car, just pay as you go, they never were amazing, but for 25$, its okay. What upset me most, they werent even busy, I like going on weekdays so to avoid long wait! They definitely didnt make me wait, because I hardly call what they did a wash, except for the machine that is. Once my card is finished, Im finding another shop.

I have paid for a wide variety of car wash and details from here. Ive paid for the $24 basic, $100 and now the $200 (which price was changed from $150 this week). With that, I expect to see a difference between the $100 and $200 detail. Beyond the bugging out a scratch I pointed out, there was not one. There was still dirty spots, the Windows had water spots in them, and I ran my fingers along part of the car and they came up dirty and black. Got in the car and after driving away I saw there was still crumbs in the cup holder. For $200, even if it was the $100, I expected a bit more attention to detail. So go there and spend about $25 and its a solid value. Beyond that, take the time and money to buy supplies to get those details you care about. The staff is really friendly and if you point out something they will fix it. But I always feel out of place while other cars are waiting to get theirs done to look it over as much as I like.

I was deeply disappointed in this local car wash!! Not only did someone detailing my car simply leave my vehicle to work on vehicle that came in after mine, but half did the job. My 18 month old and I were waiting in the heat while vehicles that pulled in after mine were readily responded to. When I asked a man dressed differently than the rest of the employees why my vehicle was not being attended to, he snickered, but finally the man who started working on my vehicle noticed his error and began to finish it. I will NEVER use this car wash again even though it is less than 2 minutes from my residence. And yes I did call to speak to a manager, but have yet to be responded to!! Poor service!!! I always tip, but did not hesitate not to in this case.

Would definitely recommend this car wash. I REGULARLY wash and vacuum my car ONCE A WEEK. I purchased my car brand new 1 year ago, have 20K miles on it now and it still looks and smells BRAND NEW. I have even had car mechanics tell me how perfect the car looks for having driven it 20K in one year. I give part of the credit to this car wash. I have been to many car washes in Dallas and OKC for comparison and this car wash does the best job cleaning, has great prices, and reasonable hours. The staff has been nothing but FRIENDLY and HELPFUL when I have needed anything - I just asked nicely. I am on the monthly billing and havent had any problems so far. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

After waiting in line for 10 mins with 2 cars in front of me the whole time (it wasnt busy), I got to the front of line and was told it would be 35 mins for a wash, vacuum, and hand dry. I told them I didnt have time for that. Unfortunately, theres no way to exit once youre at the front unless you pay for a simple wash. I told them I wasnt paying for anything and that I just wanted to leave. We went back and forth for 5 more mins until the manager came over. After haggling with him, he made everyone behind back up so I could leave. It was quite literally the worst experience Ive ever had with a business.

I went here excepting to get my car cleaned and left with my car damaged. I spoke with a manager named Jose regarding my damages and he was helping, it took awhile for us to connect but they did cover my damages. I asked him about covering a rental car for me for at least half the time my car would be there and I would cover the other half and he said he would-just give him a call and he could definitely do that. I called and have yet to her back from Jose. Worse customer service ever they did not even offer to comp my wash. I will never go there or any other CARMEL CAR WASH PERIOD!
