The car wash ripped my spoiler off my car. It was bolted on, not just double sided sticky tape. The car wash took no responsibility for it what so ever. I had to wait for someone to contact me. No one did. I went back five days later only to be told. Sorry not our problem. Even though they had video that they showed to me of the spoiler being ripped off. Then showed me a sign saying "glued on spoilers" not responsible for damage. Even though mine was bolted on. And it damaged my trunk and the spoiler because of the force the machine used. They didnt care. They had a whole stack of damage claims on a clip board that they were digging through to find mine. I asked, so damage happens a lot here. "More than you think" was the response of the employee. So if you have a nice car I wouldnt take it here.

This is a great new facility in my neighborhood. But more importantly, the staff is top notch. I mistakenly vacuumed my flash drive yesterday afternoon. Of course it was very confidential data and I panicked. After consulting with Max, the shift mgr, I was assured he would look into the "TRASH" that accumulated that day and recover it for me. He asked that I return when they closed and sure enough, he did what he said he would do. Imagine that, he provided BEST IN CLASS customer service in a time where good service is hard to come by. He earned a customer for life. Additionally, the Area Manager followed up with a phone call this morning to make sure everything was ok. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility for your car wash needs. Was passing thru town and found this car wash via Google maps.. So glad I did! Excellent car wash. Excellent vacuums! Easy to get in/out in a timely fashion too! Only 1 recommendation, but not a show stopped. I have been to car washes before where they give you a towel to dry off your vehicle after the wash. This would have come in handy since I was not originally planning to stop at the car wash and didnt have a towel to dry off the car. This may also encourage others to spontaneously stop for a car wash knowing that a towel will be available for their convenience. Otherwise- this is a top notch operation! 5 stars for sure.

I started a review and didnt get to finish it before my phone submitted it, but after locking myself out of my car, both attendants worked hard to get me back into my vehicle. They were both very helpful and appreciated, I believe his name was Nathan - he knows his cars lol The other was Marcus, I think. Sorry, its been a few days since I was there. However, they truly went above the means of customer service and made my night! Big thanks to both of them, I will be back!

Horrible customer service! I called in advance and asked if I could get a rewash after it rained and they told me I could. After driving over there they told me I could not get a rewash because the rewash is only available for the top 3 washes. Not once on the phone did the manager ask me what kind of wash I had! I will not be using their service anymore. I will just go across the street and save a $1! Its a shame such a new place does not treat their customers well!

My 3 year old absolutely loves legends car wash. I purchased the $20 a month unlimited car wash, I wish I could afford the diamond option so my daughter can see the purple soap, but they always have a lollipop for her when we pull up. We go everyday and the day manager always takes care of her. Its always clean and I will continue to bring my business to legends. Thank you for treating my daughter so great!!

Not worh going to hydro clean is better and cheaper then them they are hatful to family members who used to work there the manger custed out my sister because we are twins and called her a lyer the owner lets him stay when he knows he is hatful my hole family and friends have been told by the manger to never come back wish i could give them a zero

The car wash bent my license plate. When I told them they offered to bend it back. They told me "this happens all the time". Well if it happens all the time FIX IT!!! They bent it back and now I have a crease in my plate. I told them I was going to go get a new plate. They didnt offer to pay for the new plate. Poor customer service.

This the third time it has happened to me. I paid $40.00 for the highest plan and did not get the service I signed up for. Instead I get the cheapest wash service and that is a rip off. Give me the service I signed up for. I called corporate to resolve and no one never called me back. Save your money people.....

The place is nice and new but for the same price I can go down the street to Docs Car Wash and get my wheels and tires done by hand and a complete towel dry. Also, they dont have canopys over their vacuums like other places so it is hot in the sun! I cant imagine going there in the summer.

Just washed my car here this morning. I paid for the $10 wash with the $3 rim treatment. My rims look great! The rest of my car, however, does not. There is still mud, bird poop, and a gross film on the windows. I am throughly disappointed I wasted my money. I wont be returning.

This was my first visit! When the gentleman who came to my window to see which wash I wanted found out I had never been before, he told me to just pull through for a free wash. Great service and my car looks fantastic! Will come back next time my car starts holding into dirt

Best car wash ever! Join the diamond club and have a great looking car everyday. Always clean, nice and courteous. They do a lot for local charities that is a huge plus to have a business that cares about their community. Go wash your car and you will be hooked!!!!

I absolutely love this car wash! Donald is always very polite and friendly. The grounds and equipment is always well kept and clean. The only issue I have is the coupons the machines give out they do not honor. Please fix that owners!!!

In my experience, simply the best car wash out there - - bar none. Clean state-of-the art facility, care taken to protect my rear windshield wipers, tons of powerful vacuums. Car comes out sparkling and dry. What more could you ask?

I have a 2013 van and the car wash ripped off the rear emblem. We will see how nice they are in resolving this. They are closed today I have not heard many potitive reviews on our neighborhood message boards.
