Literally this place sucks. I paid $50. I expect my car to look good and I even tipped them $20. They did a horrible job and cleaning it and on the other side of my car there was a huge scratch.They were so rude from the beginning. And after they were telling me to not have my car so dirty. Wells thats why I took it there in the first place to get it cleaned. Well after I noticed that they didnt give me my matts back. I called and asked speak to the manager/owner Santiago. So I could get them back..Immediately he started yelling at me saying he didnt have them. I left my car there with them and I expect all my stuff to be returned. He was not reasonable. And when I was like okay fine well I need them so I need him to pay for them or something he got loud and was so rude. Telling me to sue him that he didnt care. I was so shoked I have my own business and understand that things happen but that is no way to treat a customer. I will never return. What a horrible experience.

I took my vehicle to Lucky car wash on Saturday May 2nd 2015. My vehicle was damaged across the hood by one of the brush arms. The hood was clearly creased and the paint damaged. The owner of Lucky carwash looked at the damage and apologized for the damage. The owner took pictures of the damage and promised to call me on Monday May 4th to let me know when I could expect repair. I took my vehicle to two body shops and got estimates of the damage caused. Monday passed with no return call from Lucky carwash. I returned to Lucky carwash May 5th and spoke to the owner again. The owner is now claiming the damage did not happen at his carwash. I will be turning this over to my insurance for repair. $1138.00 in damage to my vehicle and three days of rental car expenses. Beware of Lucky carwash!!

I found this place on Groupon. When I called, the owner suggested that I do not purchase the Groupon deal and go to him directly - he would give me a good deal; I ended up paying $120 in CASH for a detail work on my 2013 Rogue on 1/28/17. The performed work was truly awful. Since it was dark in the evening when I picked up the car and did not realize how bad it was. When I look at it in the morning of the day after, I was appalled to see that all the dirty spots and streaks where still there (inside and out). In addition, they had wiped the glass windows with a dirty rag leaving a dried up dirty water residues. They had put something like Armorall on the dashboard and other interior plastics without first cleaning the surfaces. This made me really upset; I will never use this place again.

I desparately needed a car wash. I was across the street at Culvers when I called Lucky to see if they could wash my car for me @ 5:50. Their website said they close at 6:30. They said they were already closed down. I even told them I was just across the street and could be right there in minutes. They didnt care & proceeded to tell me that they were closed early. Even though it was well before the regularly scheduled close time. Needless to say, a couple of minutes just cost them customers business. How many will read this and go elsewhere???

I paid for a #5. This was suppose to be a full service however it was more like an express wash. My windows were not cleaned, the rims were not wiped down and they used a brush to apply what they said was tire shine. They did not wipe down the center part of the back window. I managed 2 express wash locations and know how the service should have been done. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this location. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not so lucky carwash! A buddy of mine took his truck through the $4 wash, I was in the passenger seat. The owner guided us off the track, then blamed us for it. After we got it on the track, the owner put the antenna in the door frame so it wouldnt get knocked off... little did he know, this created a gap in the seal causing water to pour all over me and the interior. After complaining, we didnt even get an apology and the truck still had dirt on it.

For the price, I think these folks did a good job. I got the $14 option that includes some interior cleaning. Inside was good. A few details missed. The exterior wash came out well for the most part, but the undercarriage could have been better. There was still diet and grime along the bottom of the door panels. People expecting utter perfection and deep cleaning are being a little ridiculous. Youll need to drop $75-$150 for that. Not $20.

I wont be back. Poor quality work for the price. I visited on 3/17/2015. I paid for the $22 works, they did an incomplete job vacuuming the interior, they wiped down the dashboard but not the center console, and anyplace on the exterior that the machine didnt touch simply did not get cleaned. My back lift gate was still filthy. Not worth the money, too many other places that do better work.

They successfully removed the 2 ground in bubble gum stains on my floor mats that I didnt think was even possible! Reasonably priced cleaning services and daily special promotional discounts. Friendly staff who remain at your side during the post wash inspection to ensure your satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Used the car wash and it scratched and dented my car in two places. The owner has been hiding from me for 3 weeks now. Wont return phone calls, Hides in his office and refuses to come outside and talk to me. I mean what kind of business is that?...I wish I could rate his business a zero

Paid to get my cars seats detailed, and they half assed it. I could have done better myself at home. When I confronted the manager about it and said I wanted my money back for his employees crap job he told me no because he needed to pay his employee. Wont be back.

I had bug stains all over the front area of my car and went back and asked them to remove the stains and the staff there were very rude about it and reluctantly re-washed my car. Staff needs to be more professional and courteous toward customers!

I went today to get my car detailed. I am VERY VERY IMPRESSED! I received the car back in better than new condition. I had many spots and stains that they got all out. It feels so good to get into a car that is absolutely SPOTLESS! THANK YOU!

Probably one of the best car wash in Colony. Service is fast and friendly, prices are reasonable and location is very convenient. Had my car expressed washed several times there in the last month and those guys did a great job.
