I paid for a carwash here because of the free vacuums. I have an SUVI paid for the additional hand dry and tire shine which ended up being $11. While I was about to vacuum my car the vacuums turned off. I let one of their employees know and he said there was nothing he could do about it and then they were closed. I spoke with the manager and he let me know that the vacuum cleaners were free for anyone to use and that they shut them off at 7 oclock. He also said that if I had asked him about the vacuums he would have told me that they turn off at 7. The signs are very misleading and led me to believe that they were included free with my car wash. I would have gone elsewhere had I known. Now all the other carwashes are closed and I will need to go to a coin wash just to use their vacuums. The water that they use to wash the cars smells awful and now the inside of my car stinks because my vents were on while I was driving through the wash. Beware

ATTENTION...ATTENTION....Do not come here... They have done me wrong two times and I am not waiting for third time. First time they ripped a hole in my leather seats of my 2014 Mustang and tried to make it up by giving me 100 dollar gift card to come back for their services. But wait... I came back and he told me that I can not use it to wash my car. I can only use the gift card to get deep cleaning (like i really need that...not... ALL BLACK INTERIOR). But i used it anyway. So then I figure I would still give them another chance.... But wait.... I noticed the day after I gotten my car wash my blue decal stickers on my black mustang were turning brown... (They must of used the wrong chemicals or something). These people are a serious waist of time and they always leave water spots and etc... I learned my lesson... I hope u will too.

Dont waste your money here. The customer service is horrible. I tried changing my monthly plan to a vehicle I had just purchased. The guy at the kiosk first told me I needed to bring the old sticker to get a replacement, then when I brought it he tried to charge an extra $5. I told him I wasnt paying the extra amount, that I would keep the old one. He rudely hesitated and then finally gave me a new one. I immediately wanted to cancel the monthly subscription and he told me I could not do it within two weeks of the end of the month. After reading the reviews online I saw this is a game they frequently play. I called Amex and stopped all future payments. Will never return to this car wash nor recommend!

Look if you get the membership be prepared for them to doge letting you cancel it when you want them too. Their website has no ability to cancel a membership . I have sent them messages through there website about cancelling and was told it would be done,and Im going on two months of disputing after that message . Im having to get a new debit card so they will stop charging me " hopefully that works" . The wash is fine but the membership is unprofessional as their system for unsubscribing is poor.

I wanted to get a $20.00 wash and was informed that it was too late to get what I wanted so I went with the cheapest wash so they lost money. Then after I got the wash I went to the vacuums and they were closed so I couldnt vacuum the carpet. The attendant was nice enough to ask me if I would like him to turn on the vacuums. I polity declined and thanked him for the offer. This will be the last time I use this car wash.

Can I give it zero stars? Cus I would. They took forever. Broke a part off inside my car dident tell me and hid it under the back seat dident find it till I got home. Had to ask them to come mop up the water on the front mat. Windshield must have been cleaned with a dirty rag lm still trying to get it clean. I takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. But this place went downhill. Lost my buisness at this location fr.

Worst car wash ever spent 6 dollars and expect to have my car spotless when it comes out the wash and it has water spots and soap still on the surface and windows shittiest experience I have ever had I recommend you hand wash your own car then bring it to wash masters

I only went 3 times for one month and figured i paid for only a month. However that wasnt the case. This place just keeps charging you regardless of if you go or not. Even if you contact them to cancel they dont respond. I had to contact my CC company to file a dispute.

Poor service. Not enough employees on a busy day to wipe down your vehicle. Manager never there when you need to speak with him on issues pertaining to the business and how things are nit running smoothly.

I see others with issues. But the guy up front does well, the car looks like brand new every time. And I get to eat the great tacos next door while I wait for them to detail it. Works great for me.

Service isnt as good as it use to be when I first started going there a couple of years ago. They dont clean your rims good. Leave watercspots on them and the car! Need better employees!

Ive used washmasters numerous times, so I stopped at this one. They wouldnt even let me use a towel to dry my car, funny all the other ones will let you. Crappy service and employees.

I got a membership and I cancelled it back in july and they are still charging my card. The workers are very rude and dont make you feel welcomed. Dont tip these guys!!!

I always get the hand towle dry, hand wax and full detail inside. I pay between 40-50$ a visit but well worth it. 4 door SRT8 CHARGER
