The blower (dryer) @ the end of the wash blows 150 miles an hour, per the assistant manager, Tom and it blew the attached spare tire hard cover off of my RAV4. The red suburban behind me in the wash then preceded to run over it. This is all on their camera per Tom, on 9-21-15. He took all my information & said, Ron would call me on 9-22 to handle the details of getting the damages fixed. Ive called every day since then & driven back to the car wash twice and none of the times that Ron is supposed to be there is he available. Today, 9-28 I finally got in touch with Ron by calling him. He said he was filing a claim and someone would be contacting me. If that happens, and they fix my vehicle, I will change my review to a more positive one. Ive gone here many times and bought several $50 gift cards during the holidays and given them away. I hope that I am not disappointed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!! The guy at the entrance with the spray gun hit and scratched my vehicle and denied it when confronted. I spoke with the onsite manager and he took a look at it and said that doesnt look like a scratch from the spray gun maybe it was already there before you came here. I said NO it wasnt I heard the guy hit my car but I couldnt get out of the car since I was already entering the wash bay. So he took my info and said they would review it over the camera and call me back. I later then received a call back and it was still denied stating that the camera showed the scratch was already on my car prior to arriving. Thats such BS I know damn well that the guy scratched my car. Its very noticeable on a black car these ppl know they are at fault! Such LIARS!!

I do not recommened this place to ANYONE. I came in today and I needed to speak to a Manager and they had me waiting in the hot sun for 10 minutes. After I had to go look for the "manager" whos name is Ron, he was not much help. I asked if he was the manager and confirmed with Ron, and he got mad and did not want to talk to me. He started screaming at his employees to close the door as I stood there only asking for help. I had to come back TWICE to get into contact with someone and nobody helps me. All I had was a question, and for the "manager" to react that way, that is ridiculous and unprofessional. If people do not enjoy their job, they need to get replaced, simple.

Free vacuums are nice but the workers are rude. At first the workers were no where to be found and no one was tending the wash. Then the car in front of me tried to go but it looked like something was wrong with tracks. So one employee ran out, then the second one came. Then I went and I was trying to ask the employer in front of me was I on the tracks correctly. He tells me to turn toward the left then I do then the guy in the back, who I guess is the manager, yells "Hands of the steering wheel" with an attitude.. This is the second time Ive been and the workers are rude..

My car was totally covered with bugs and they did not brush them off before going through. I stopped and looked at the front and it was still covered with bugs. They told me to go back thru and as I started in they did not brush the bugs again. The bugs are still on my car. They had a brush and bucket there they should always brush the front of s car. I saw him do the back of one car but never the front. Bugs dont splatter on the back. They need a good talking to. I even rolled down the window and told them the bugs dont come off without help!!!!!

2 LINES TO CHOOSE FROM AND, OF COURSE, IM GOING TO CHOOSE THE LINE THAT HAS THE IDIOT IN THE FRONT OF MY LINE THAT DOESNT KNOW WHAT HES DOING. SO I SAT THERE FOR AT LEAST TEN MINUTES WAITING, WHILE THE LINE NEXT TO ME IS MOVING RIGHT ALONG, I COUNTED AT LEAST TEN CARS MOVING ON THROUGH WHILE MY LINE JUST SITS THERE. YOU NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE STANDING AT THE PAYMENT AREA, SO YOU CAN ASSIST THE "IDIOTS" THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. IT PROBABLY REALLY DOESNT MATTER TO YOU, BUT . . . I WILL NOT GO BACK!

Gave my brand new car chips and small scratches all over! I got the 10 $ wash & it didnt even get it clean!! I complained to the manager and they said there was no way that came from the wash even though it says they will cover new cars and he was so rude! I had to beg for my 10 $ back because he said he can only give me coupons! ... Like i would ecer take my baby back there! Just use the free vaccums and hopefully there cheap selves will go out of business!

Went through the car was only to find out that the panels under my doors were still filthy with mud and dirt. I told the employees what has happened and they told me to come back around. When I reached where the employees were they told me the machine doesnt reach those panels by my wheel wells. They did a 2 second scrub with their brushes and I went back through. Guess what? The dirt is still there.

Free vacuums! The car wash itself isnt so good. Everytime I have gone my car always has a lot of areas that are not dried well. In other car washes I dont experience that. I normally just go here for the free vacuums!

Not a good place. If anything the worst service not to mention the machine Damage car and no one help me. If anything give the the run around. Very very poor service and not to mention y car been damaged.

Read the sign, its not worth it.you enter at your own risk If your damaged ,they wont pay for it. My car was damaged. You cant sue ,either. So why would you risk your car?

Just no! They r rude, the wash sucks and did I mention they r rude. Only thing that works is there free vacuum, I guess thats because they suck.

Vacuum all ways work. I been coming here for a while and never had trouble with suction from any of the vacuum stalls.
