Today I took a car to get washed at this place, a car that would be a gift for my daughter, I kindly asked the air to leave it as clean and shiny as possible, and for the carpet, seats, and motor to be washed. I was charged 116 dollars, and when my wife went to go pick up the car it was poorly vacuumed, without anything to make it shine, not even on the console or wheels. The answer was that those 116 only covered the seats and washing. I asked if they could vacuum it, but if I wanted any "detailing" it would be another 130. Apart from the 116. I dont recommend this place, its a bad way to make business, they dont take care of their clients, and Ill be sure to not go back. Theyre only interested in making quick money and not in an excellent job.

Im on the fence as to whether or not to give them a try again. Not a good first impression. Upon entering, I informed the attendant that my truck had been on several trips to Oklahoma in the past few weeks and it had a lot of bugs on the front and on the mirrors. So far, so good. After it went through the wash and was parked awaiting the wipe down and tire dressing, I sat and watched the attendants working on the other cars. There were three gentlemen wiping down the cars. On was very energetic and attentive, one was somewhat average but still pretty good, and one was the human sloth. This heavy-set Hispanic gentleman was moseying around, his attention constantly drawn somewhere else, and clearly did not care about the cars or what he was doing. I had high hopes of the energetic one getting my truck, but as luck would have it, I got the SLOTH! He moseyed around the truck, half-assed wiping wherever he felt the energy to lift his arms to reach, which wasnt far. After an unexpected short amount of wiping, he went for the tire dressing. I knew this was going to be bad. After he twirled his towel indicating it was done, I did a walk around. Just a short synopsis: Bugs still on the bumper, grill, hood and mirrors. Even on the windshield. Graphite dust all over the front wheels, and globs of tire dressing on some on the wheels. I started pointing out the deficiencies and could tell quickly that he did not speak English, or at least conveniently acted like it. I asked him for a rag and started wiping down the wheels myself. He just walked off to the next vehicle. I was pissed, to say the least. I went inside and asked the receptionist if the Manager was available. Steve came out, moved my truck over to the side and started working on it himself. He thanked me for bringing it to his attention. In the end, the truck ended up looking pretty good, but after a lot of aggravation and way too much time. Ive learned not to expect too much from car washes. Ive never gotten one where I didnt feel like I could do a better job in my driveway. Unfortunately, they dont generally attract the kind of employees on the wipe down line that take pride in their work or have a good sense of customer service. Often, the Manager takes up the slack in that area, but a customer shouldnt have to go to the Manager and complain to get good service. It is expected when you lay down your money. Good service should always be the norm, not the exception, in any business. Car washes just dont seem to get that. They think they are doing good if they do a bad job, then make it right after you complain. The goal should be to never have the complaint in the first place. If I do decide to give them another chance, and I see that same dryer on the line when I drive in, Ill turn around and drive away.

The experience here was so-so, but the quality of service was terrible. I would advice not to go here and save your money for a better place! So I came in for a full detail, both interior and exterior, which is listed as starting at 160. Now, to be fair, my car was fairly dirty with some dog hair in the back and some bug smears on the front bumper. But I came in around the holidays at approximately 2:30 PM and was greeted by one of the workers who asked me what I wanted. When I told him, he said that it was too late in the day and that they wouldnt be able to finish in time before closure since the whole thing takes about 4 hours to complete. Although disappointed, I thought that was fine since it was relatively busy and somewhat borderline late. So I told the guy that Ill come back on a different day. As I was backing out to leave, one of the guys ran up to my car and got my attention to tell me that their general manager wanted to go ahead and get my car in today. They surveyed my car and told me that they would charge me 190 for the dog hair and bug smears, which I thought was pretty steep, but fair since they would have to do extra work to get it clean. An hour after I dropped off the car, I got a call from the place asking for me to come pick it up. I was skeptical that they were actually done, but the receptionist confirmed that it was and claimed that they were able to finish it sooner than expected (1 hour vs 4 hours) because they had a few people working on it. So I came back to the place and was rushed out of there since they were closing already. The car at a glance looked okay but it was already getting dark and I was being rushed so I didnt get to carefully inspect the car. The next day, I finally had a chance to really check out the quality of their work and was extremely disappointed. There was dog hair in every single crevice in the back and even behind the seatbelt! As for the bug smears, they were mostly still there! This all made me very upset since I was charged extra for the extra work it would take to clean my car, yet, it wasnt any cleaner than if I had gone through a gas station car wash and spent 10 minutes vacuuming my car. Unfortunately I had to leave town and wasnt able to address the manager about this directly, so I emailed him. At first, they made a show of courtesy but gave me the run around, forwarding my email to various managers. In the end, communication ended and it seemed like they didnt really care about my problem with them anymore since they already had my money. So guys, keep this experience in mind if you ever consider doing business with them.
