The prices are good and reasonable. I feel like my car lasts days clean when I do the works wash. My only issue was with the lava wash, I did it for the first time today and it left residue on my hood. I didnt think much of it and thought it would dry up by the time I finished vacuuming the inside of my car but unfortunately it didnt. I didnt want to ask for another wash but I did pay $15 and wanted my moneys worth. I let management know and they took care of me, no problem. I was happily surprised. After the second wash, Assistant Manager Luis asked me how I liked it. Unfortunately the residue reappeared but he got a rag and cleared it up without any problem and also took care of me for the next time I came. I am very pleased with the service above everything else. Car washes are really all the same but this place has great customer service. I will continue to come here and make this my go-to car wash.

I Googled car wash near me after leaving la fitness and I found this car wash. I paid $15 to sit in an extordinarily long line to wash my car then to sit in another to vacuum my car. Google stated the car wash closed at 7 however, the vacuums stopped working at 6pm. I of course wanted to know what was going on. I spoke with a kid who worked here who stated theres nothing they can do its computerized. I stated I paid for a service. In which he then informed me that the car wash does not include the vacuum that is a complimentary service. Im thinking to myself why else would I pay for a $15 cat wash? So needless to say that I wont be back. In there were 3 stalled cars at vacuums. Also people were waiting on people they knew then they directed them in. Therefore, an individual works here should be directing this however, this is not the case.

First time at this specific wash. Purchased the $7 with the undercarriage wash. I assumed it cleaned the dirt from underneath because it took off the front underneath cover. I had to purchase tape from Shell just to tape it up so it wouldnt drag. Ill repair it tommorow. That couldve happened at any wash so I want to be fair. But the dryers are weak! Normally there are 2 dryer sets but only one at this location. The final rinse water pressure is too low....still had soap residue left. I guess I came right at closingtime because they turned the vaccums off rite in the middle of me using the vacuums. Would I go back...probably Not....Ill continue to use Fuel City Car Wash. The drying process is most important and I was not impressed with it

I came for a wash about a month ago and paid $11 which includes the Rainbow polish. Before I even left the tunnel I gave them a call and made then aware that I did not received it. The manager gave me two options to either go back or come back. It was the weekend and it was crazy packed. I return today for the wash and on the card it said his name and $15 that he wrote on there. I was assuming I would finally get the Rainbow polish but NO I got just a simple wash. I would be okay with that if that was what i paid for but nope thats NOT what i paid for! Dont get me wrong great guys and all but POOR customer service. On most of the vacumes the pressure are low and on weekends its crazy packed and unorganized.

WHAT A CLUSTER F@&K! Forget the hideous lines, pay machines out of order, that you never get through without the equipment stopping over and over, then theres the vacuum area. Its filthy and you have to keep moving to find one with any suction if at all. Did I mention FILTHY? Crowded with people who dont use the wash while you wait and wait. You get to pay to get this "service." The young guys working there try but look hammered. Badly understaffed. Love car washes but this place kills the whole experience. AVOID!

I go to this car wash at least every 3 weeks even if you get the 3.99 wash it will wash your car well they only thing I hate about this car wash is the vacuum are week and people are always smoking weed when they vacuum there cars I hate it because my kids ask what the hell is that smell I dont think I will be going there no more

I had a minor problem with the paying machine. It didnt want to take my money. Brian came to the rescue. Not only he tried helping me, but he was nice enough to give me the $15 car wash for FREE!!!! Thanks Brian... I love comimg to this place to get my car washed and vacuumed!!

Paid for 15$ car wash.... But got the 5$ car wash because they let the gate open on the wrong person... Then the person in front of me during the drying stage everything in the bed of his truck blew back on my car. They need to make sure the cars are getting the correct wash!!!

The wash does a really good job even if you get a regular wash for $3.99 does the job well. I get both my cars done here, the vacuums are pretty strong most of the time.

Good wash. Easy on the car. Be sure you get the wash add tons that you pay for. Some vacuums dont have good suction.
