First Ill start by saying only purchase the minimum package. If you just want a quick wash and vacuum you will be just fine. I purchased the $50 wash and couldnt be more disappointed. My bumper had bugs all over it. Every panel still had some form of dirt, water stain or bug. The door wells were all still dirty and water stained, interior doors all had dust and dirt and appeared to have had nothing done to them. My windows all still have spots on them. After waiting in the 100 degree weather under fans and two air/water coolers(neither hooked up to a water source and one not working) I had to then re-vacuum my entire vehicle(terrible air pressure on vacuums, finish cleaning the interior and exterior all in extreme heat. I dont mind detailing my own car but in the summer I pay well due to the heat. I will have to wait until the sun goes dow to finish theor job. I even tipped my guy 10 dollars before he started. I cant speak for the 100 dollar detail, but overall this has been my worst auto carwash experience. In addition, I know everyone saw me re-doing their job and yet not a single employee inquired as to why. Not while I was vacuuming, re-cleaning my wheels, reconditioning my seats, not at any point.

After getting back from a vacation at the beach, I wanted to get the salt and sand completely washed off my truck. This requires a full undercarriage wash. When I pulled up, I asked if they did a completely undercarriage wash and they told me they did. I clarified that I wanted to be sure that water would be sprayed from underneath my truck and wash the entire underside. They confirmed twice that this is the case so I paid the $10. I drove through and didnt hear any water under the truck other than water sprayed from the side at a low angle. As soon as I pulled out, I checked underneath to see that the underside of my truck was still dry so I pull back in to request a refund. The attendant and the manager both refused as they claimed I was given the service I requested. When they looked and saw it was dry, they blamed this on the Texas heat which was a terrible lie and excuse because there is no way for water to disappear in 20 seconds. This was not my first bad experience with them but it is my last as I will never return. Do not trust these people or give them your money as they believe that the customer is always wrong.

Got the $19.95 wash today, 11/11/15.. Not very busy with the changing weather. Ask them to help me take out my granddaughters baby seat so they could clean the back seat. They told me they did not do that. It opens them up to liability. Got me on that one. Paid extra $20.00, yes $20.00 to buff a corner of my bumper where paint was rubbed on it. Guy tried ok, just could not complete it. For the upcharge, I thought I would get a good job. So I paid $49.95 for a bad car wash, incomplete paid detail. And a white guy running the place eating a bologna sandwich taking customer orders. The Hispanic workers used to do a good job here, but no one works with them anymore. The build-up on wheels and wheel wells was still there when I left. Apparently no one is allowed to bend over in this place because the edges around the car, sides, front and back were untouched. Guess I will go somewhere else. Richard

I tried this location for the second time on 5/1/17. There was no wait to get the outside cleaned, however, they didnt even begin working on the inside until about 30 minutes after the outside was complete. The whole process took about an hour and 15 minutes. I was then in a rush to get back to work, otherwise I would have noticed that they put several scratches in the tint on my driver side front window. It appears there was some sort of debris in the rag when they wiped down the windows. I have a 7 in scratch through the tint to the glass and about 4 swirled scratches in the tint. They must have realized it when they did it, and switched rags because none of the other windows have it. I have called multiple times and left messages for Jorge Gamez the GM with no response. Accidents happen, but not responding to customer issues is unacceptable.

BEWARE! Worst car wash place ever. Not only do there car wash machines damage your vehicle but the customer service is horrible. Do not go here unless you want your car damaged and deal with horrible rude customer service. Even the owner is rude. He said he spent 4 million to build his business well a great business takes more than just building. Your machines damage vehicles, rude people at kiosk and no matter what package you select they wont do a good job. Oh and dont expect any apologies when your car gets damaged. They dont care. Its all about making money. This place wont last long. The one star rating is actually high. There should be a dark cloud symbol.

Terrible service. No direction coming out of the wash so I felt completely lost. And then waited in a spot while attendants tended several cars after me that came and went...some being tended to by multiple people and not one employee helped. I watch workers standing and tallking while I waited...I paid for the works but my car ended up air drying rather than being towel dried. I finally had to get out of my car to find a manager. After complaining she finally sent idle workers over to my car, and offered no apology or refund. I then sat in the summer Texas heat while the workers shot the breeze while detailing my car. Very disappointed.

WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! I purchased the full service, what a disappointment. My wheels were horrible after the service, there were spots everywhere, the mirrors where dull, dirt particles remained on my vehicle. Had to go get my car wash again right after. At the end I ended spending more than $30 because of them. Honestly I just paid $7 bucks at the other place and they did a fantastic job. While Carmel Car Wash on Mockingbird was way more money, they did a Terrible job. Gas station car wash does a better job than they do. Never going there again!!! I only give it a one star because I have to rate, but they dont even deserve that.

Went there today 4-30-16. $34.95 for a full service wash and interior cleaning, plus $2.00 charge for having a truck. So my bill was $36.95 and they hardly touched my tires, hardly vacuumed and didnt even wash floor mats. When I asked about the floor mats I was told that was extra $. I feel like for a $37.00 car wash that includes interior cleaning I would expect them to at least spray water on floor mats. The old price was $32.95, I cant justify paying more for less service. I will not be back!

Attendant upgraded me to a $15 wash saying it would get all the bird doo off my car. This is the second time I have tried this car wash, only to have to go home and scrub the car myself. I went into one little stall where they cleaned the front windshield I tipped the guy like $5 and asked him to clean my side window too. It is possible I needed to go to another stall to get more fine tuning, but nobody directed me to that or said anything about it. My car is was still filthy when I left.
