Myself and another customer were waiting to speak with a manager. Me because my truck came out of the was with soap on it and had been sitting for a while, the other customer had been waiting 4 hrs to get her carpet shampooed after the failed to do so initially. One of the attendants summoned a person by the name Cam, he yelled back and said I dont have time right now these cars are my priority. Clearly they are not if your customers have an issue and your not willing to listen. He eventually came over and not surprising at all, he lacked customer service skills. His attitude was so bad towards the other lady, I completely forgot about my issue and wanted to talk with the owner. Guess what, he (Cam) was the owner. Wont be going back there and his business will surely decline if his customer service doesnt improve.

Pulled up and there were guys standing around, asked if they worked there and they looked at me with a crazy look. Told them I wanted a hand wash and they just pointed to pull forward. I pulled up and asked how much was it and the guy said $28.99. I asked was it inside and outside and the guy said yes. The wash offered a hand wash and wax and detail inside cleaning. When my truck was done the exterior was only hand washed and the inside was only vacuumed. When I asked if they were at least going to clean the inside with Armour all because there were smudges on my doors and dust on my dash, radio, and instrument cluster, they said it would be $9 more. Worst car wash ever

If you dont care about your car and just want it clean this is the place to go. On the other hand I was shocked to see them drying my car with regular cloth towels which put swirls in the paint. I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come over and clean the wheels and dress the tires. Once they finished, the job had only been half done. I did not say anything I just came home and finished my car myself. I will NOT go back to this car wash and cannot recommend them.

I had never been to Star Car Wash until today and I will never return. I should have just thrown $40.00 out my window. I paid extra for them to wipe down my doors and it was hardly done. They also did a terrible vacuum job. When I got home I had to wipe down the inside and vacuum again. So I basically paid $40 for them to wash the outside of my vehicle. I encourage you to do it yourself before wasting your money at Star Car Wash.

Star Car Wash is one of the best places to get your vehicle washed in the Metroplex. I have had my truck washed at many different places in the DFW area and this place gets my customer service award hands down. From top to bottom meaning the owner down thru shift supervisor and team leaders this place takes care of business. If you get the opportunity I highly recommend you stopping by to check Star Car Wash for yourself.

It is a good thing to see young black men and women earning a wage and doing it the right way. The only negative issue that I have about the place is the constant use of the N word by the workers. I believe that if the young men and women would stop using the word and use professional tones, the place would rock. Again, seeing these young people out there working hard and making an honest wage it FANTASTIC!!

My car was disgustingly trashed by a relative. And I mean disgusting. The guys at Star Car were so courteous and accommodating. They mad our trash heap of a cars interior look brand new. On top of being so efficient, I really appreciate how friendly and responsible they were with me and my things. Come here for your cars deep cleaning needs. Forreal amazing.

So Ill edit my review. My first experience was terrible. But the manager got in contact with me and offered me a free recleaning of my car. I appreciated him reaching out to me, and the different staff this time around was much more friendlier and enjoyable than my first visit.

I dont think I ever got my car back cleaner than I brought it there. I must be a glutton for punishment because I try it every six months or so, and usually get it back worse than I brought it in.

It was my first time using them to detail my car. The service was great and my car was detailed well. I gave 4 stars because I saw a spot that I had them to go over and they did with no problem.

One simple fact: They are always busy. Obviously anyone will miss a spot occasionally. But overall its friendly fast service and the customers keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Pretty good car wash for 5 bucks. And they also dry it while youre wash is being done. Think they have some kind of wax on the rag they dry your car with.

The place was gud but they charged me for 15$ to remove the stain/scratch from the door but it didnt even faded but they still charged me for that
