I would have given 0 stars if it has allowed me. ARROGANT, RUDE AND NASTY IS WHAT THIS BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You want your car to get damaged and then get treated arrogantly by rude and nasty people, this is the place. While driving to the track on automatic cleaning, I checked with the guy if it is mounted correctly on the track and he nodded even without bothering to check it properly. Near the end of the track, my car got stuck, which was terrifying. The car behind me started bumping into me so I got on the gas. When I complained it to the guy who I realized is Manager’s son (I was informed the manager was not there), he blamed it on me. First he said my car would not been in neutral, then he argued that I would have pressed the brake, then again he blamed the car behind me would have hit on the gas. I clearly told him that I was on neutral and never hit on the brake. It is worst customer experience I had. They kept on saying that their track has sensors and if it is in neutral it will push me out unless I hit the brake and also they are not liable for any damage if somebody hits you from behind. ATLEAST PLEASE ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKE AND LEARN TO APOLOGISE. They clearly knew it was the mistake from their side while mounting on the track they would not have checked if the tires was on the correct angle and got struck in middle or their machine malfunctioned. I would assume the issue would have been with mounting. Instead of accepting their mistake and apologizing, the manager’s son, the guy who motioned on mounting and one more guy were all being rude, arrogant and nasty blaming it on me that I had hit the break. I know a few who does the car service there and I will make sure they will never go there again.

I got my oil change there today. I have been a loyal customer since I moved to the area in 2012. I believe in being a loyal customer because you usually get a little better treatment, not so here. Through the last four years of getting my oil changed here the service has declined, and I have probably continued going for much longer than I should have. They have a system where they mail a coupon out before you are to get your next oil change. The coupon is for $5 synthetic or synthetic blend oil change or $10 off a conventional oil change. I stayed and watched them this time and they put in Mobil 5000 5w30 conventional oil. The employee and the manager both argued with me that it was a synthetic oil aeven after I pulled it up on Mobils website in front of them And proved it was conventional. It wasnt what they wanted to hear. I also proved it on their own labeling on oil in their shop. It wasnt what they wanted to hear or read that time. The manager said hed call his distributor, I said "lets do it." He refused to. I asked to speak to the owner, another excuse. I had them look me up so I could show them Ive been a loyal customer, he didnt care. What I got from him was that it wasnt fare to other customers if he gave me the money that he owed me. Neither my wife or I will ever get our oil changed there again. The service has declined and now they refused to honor their own coupon which they mailed to me. It sucks when a service provider lies to custo mers.

Im giving low stars because i was one of 2 cars and after the 1st one went through, nobody came out for a few minutes, then asked if i was helped. Of course not since he helped the person in front and didnt come back. 2nd: I had just finished driving my car 4 states, snow debris and salt on the car; I asked do you have underbody wash...said yes (guess what, didnt seem like has underbody as no water shot up)...i explained i need everything off my car and make sure no salt/snow grime left...said no problem. Once i pulled in, they guy barely scrubbed my car, didnt power wash it down, went through the wash.when it came out, went to wipe down..after they wiped it down, i had to point out the nasty grime left on my rear bumpers and my front...very disappointing that i have to point out when im the only car there. Tire shine was on 3 out of 4 wheels, so embarrassing after driving that I have 1 tire brown and others with shine. I take pride in my BMW and 2 years old, looks new....More sad: I had to go home and wipe it down myself and redo tire shine...which I paid for. I was hoping this was car wash of my choice as I just moved here and i was looking for a wash program paying monthly.....guess they cant pay attention to simple details...and at $20; wasted my money. Guess Ill have to keep searching which is sad since this place is down the street.

This place used to be my favorite car wash to go to they would do an amazing job inside and out for $15 with tire shine and would shine and wipe down the entire interior almost like a $40 detail reccomended everyone i knew to this place but that was three years ago before all their employees got arrested and they changed managment now last time i went i took my 4 day old brand new truck i had trailed a little mud on the inside and go to jump back in but never even made it back into the truck before i started noticing missed spots and the horrible work they performed then as im circiling my truck shaking my head i go to get back in only to see nothing had been cleaned on the inside they just dusted it off and half a** vaccumed my carpets didnt even wipe the center concel down or any mud smears on the door keep in mind this was a four day old truck took me 15 minutes to do 5 times the job with a sponge shami and tire shine a couple days later when it heated back up never been more dissapointed in this place

Had been using this place for a couple years on multiple vehicles for oil changes, state inspections, and washes. I was always satisfied with everything. But During an inspection, My rear view mirror broke off. The attendant must have tried to force the mirror back on to the base and that ended up putting a crack in the windshield. The attendant did not deny it broke during his inspection and that the glass was in perfect condition prior. I didnt make a big deal as it seemed they would do the right thing and at LEAST replace the glass since the attendant is the one who cracked it by trying to force the mirror back into the base. I was not worried about the mirror since that very well could have been on the verge of breaking. But not the windshield. I ended up leaving after my oil change and inspection and got a call from the manager that they would not pay for my windshield and the owner would not offer the insurance info so I could file through them. No more loyal business from me at this location.

I need both an oil change and inspection. Started off with one guy telling me to park in one lane and another telling me the other lane. They take the oil dipstick out and told me I had a buildup of engine sludge from Infrequent oil changes and cheaper oil. I told him that wasnt possible as they are both done with high quality oil and on time. He rolled his eyes and "ugh" as he walked away. When it was time to pay he was very short with me. "Sign here" youre done" and opened the door for me. I asked if everything was in my car "yeah. Oh I need your sticker" . My radio stations were changed, oil light reminder not reset. Overall the professionalism could use some tweaking.
