I have been here a number of times without any issues, but I went there today with an especially dirty car and I was told by the attendant that I needed to get the step up from the ladies day special if I wanted the exterior to be clean. He tried more than once to tell me how gross my car was (not a good tactic) to try and get me to get a detail. I said, sorry man. I dont have time for a detail today. Maybe later, Ill come back for a detail later but right now I dont have time. The step up from the ladies day special was a freaking detail. It took 40 minutes and i was expecting it to take 10. I didnt get to eat lunch on my lunch break. I was probably ruder than I needed to be to the people that worked there but for 30 minutes I was just confused as to why my car wasnt done. When I asked about it is when I was told I had paid for a detail. Come on guys. Make things clearer. Make it crystal clear to me if my car is going to take 40 minutes instead of 10.

I thought they did a great job. Until I pointed out the long rub mark all the way down the side of my truck. I know it wasnt there before I brought it in. Suddenly I had 3 guys arguing with me claiming there was no way their car wash tunnel couldve caused it because only cloth touches the vehicle. It couldnt possibly have been caused by any of the rubber, plastic or metal that holds the washers in place... Then the one guy who seemed to be in charge told me that even if it had been caused by the tunnel my truck needed to be buffed anyway and they would give me a good price. Eventually they got some polish and were able to get it mostly cleared up but its not completely gone. This was my first and last trip to this car wash. Im glad there are plenty of other friendlier, more convenient places I can go instead.

Multiple scratches inside my drivers side windows and on outside (15+ scratches inside drivers side window alone). Very apparent sand/rock/sediment/something was inside their towels as they dried my car. When drying the vehicles, they use the same towel throughout - on the outside, in door jams, and on the windows. There is the same reoccurring pattern inside the front drivers side window as the back drivers side window. The manager denied the damage and picked me apart trying to find something to blame it on. He called the cops on me for looking at the other cars that were being dried. Cops arrived shortly thereafter. I was not given a refund but offered a free wash that I refused.

Midway Carwash and Shop: where a genuine smile and quality service come together. They truly do it all: from excellent mechanic work in the shop to seamlessly detailed car washes. It took me time to find a mechanic shop and car wash that I truly trusted and Midway is that place. No gimmicks or grey area. This is largely due to the fact that midways management is family owned and exceptionally operated. They are genuine, honest people who are always putting the customer first. I have been bringing my car here for a little over 2 years and I can, with full belief, say that I have been satisfied with their service each and every single time. Full 5 stars. Absolutely.

I am super picky! I come here for their detail packages for the inside of my car. I dont ever have to point out anything theyve missed. Ive been to many places to get my car detailed, as I have to drive a lot, and they are the best. The staff are visibly hard workers and the management are hands on and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They are always busy so get there early in the day, otherwise its best to drop your car off if you can. And, yes, Joe can be a little pushy with the specials but he is sweet and means well. Just keep saying, "no, thank you" and smile and he will let you go on, lol. Its worth it! Dont mind Joe.

Ive been coming here for YEARS! I get my car washed about every 1 - 2 weeks, and oil changes and inspections when needed. They do a pretty good job most of the time, sometimes they dont clean the windows as well as Id like, but Im super picky. If I ask, theyll gladly re-do what they missed. Exceptional customer service. They have great prices, and even better specials during the week. Ive never had them do a detail, but after reading other reviews, I might try them out. That one guy is super pushy trying to up-sell - havent seen him in a while, tho. Pushy up-selling and occasional less-than-perfect finishing is why Im only giving 4 stars

Very great car wash! Ive been coming here for over 5 years now and Midway Car Wash never seems to fail me. They have good prices, top-notch customer service, and great management! They do an amazing job on detailing as well. They also do a very good job on buffing and restoring headlights (you get 1 year warranty with the headlights) here. There is a mechanic shop right next door and you can get a free wash with an oil change next door so be sure to check that out! I get all of my mechanic work done there which is great because I dont have to worry about making many stops. I have and will still recommend this place to my friends.

This place has changed a lot since it was purchased by another person. I loved the guy in the auto body shop. He was great. I found the management at the car wash rude to say the least. I found the "sales manager" pushy. I told him exactly what I was looking for and asked how much. He kept offering me upgrade after upgrade telling me my brand new car needed to be buffed. I dont think so. Guess he thought since I was a woman I didnt know what I was talking about. They were really busy and as a result did a crap job on cleaning the carpets on the inside of the car. Sad, cause I really loved that place. Moving on.

When I arrived, the place was a mess... mess in the sense that it was really confusing to know where to go to just get a car wash. Seems like there are a lot of lanes that arent very clearly marked so people dont know where to go which on my visit caused a LOT of confusion. The people were rude thru the entire process (with the exception of the gentleman that wiped my car down after.) I wont be going back to this place. I would rather pay $5 for a car wash somewhere else and get free vacuum and have the ability to wipe my own car down than to deal with rude people who forget about their customers.

I went to this carwash and the attendant was nice, but once my truck came out of the wash the problems started. I paid for the gold package and when I was called to my truck the rims were still dirty the mirrors were not wiped off like described in gold package. Then when I asked the guys to go over it again, they went over it and still didnt clean it well. they left tire shine all over my paint and the tires were half wiped to. On top of that the inside of this place smelled really bad. I guess its the seasons in the food they eat. Dont take your car to this place.
