How about a carwash with a side of damage to your vehicle and physical assault from an employee of the establishment? That is what I received on my visit to this wonderful establishment on the 5th of July. It was a normal visit to any other carwash on this day. Everything was going swimmingly until my vehicle was almost completely through the self propelled system when the tire guidance belt malfunctioned and caused my vehicle to become ajar. It took the employees a decent thirty seconds to finally cut power to the system. But, the damage had already been done. The belt caused the vehicle behind me to rear end my vehicle causing damage to the back bumper. After exiting the car wash an employee approached my vehicle to show me that I have damage to my vehicle and then just proceeded to walk away. I then exchanged information with the nice gentleman that his car was the one who rear ended mine. Everything went downhill when attempting to gain information from the employees of the store. The employees refused to own up to their own mistake and refused to give me any insurance information. This lead to a verbal argument between myself and the employees of this establishment. As I was turning to walk back to my vehicle one of the employees decided to approach me and give me a good push-check. I immediately contacted the Frisco Police Department to dispatch a unit. All the manager presented to me after the police arrived was a very shady looking claims form and only the name of the owner of the establishment because he was out of his business cards. I finally did receive a very condescending and ignorant response from the owner of the establishment today stating that it my fault and my fault only and that his carwash is totally perfect. Which is not accurate whatsoever based upon this incident and others that I have seen on BBB, Google reviews, and other mediums. Also, he refused to address the physical violence of his employee who will most likely not pay for his actions. I have taken many different vehicles to many different carwashes and have never had a problem with any of the establishments. I have filed a BBB complaint, filed with local investigative reporters, and will proceed with charges against this establishment. The incompetent owner and employees of this establishment will be paying for the damage to my vehicle and will pay for the violence towards a customer. Please, take your business to another car wash such as Auto Splish Splash on 423 where I have received nothing but an excellent experience and actually some respect as a customer.

Had a terrible experience here today. We come to this place to clean both our personal cars and our delivery trucks out of convenience since its the closest one 2 our store. Nothing really special about it butts today they went from not special too terrible because of their employees attitude. I was at the vacuuming station, and I admit I was taking long, but there was no one behind me and there were five empty slots so I imagined I was OK on time. This employee storms my way and in an extremely crass way kicks me out! Look, Im a business owner and I know that we are super busy and somebody is holding up the line you gotta tell them so. Even though I wasnt holding up any lines, its not the fact that he kicked me out its how he did it that merits this review. To add insult to injury, he ORDERED me to scoot to the next space. Not a please, not a thank you for understanding. To you, employee (you know who you are ), let me give you a free class of customer service. "Sir, Im sorry to bother, but we are extremely busy. Would you mind letting the next person in line use the vacuum? " DONE! I would actually have felt bad for hogging the vacuum! Which wasnt even the case since there was no one behind me and several open spaces. Congratulations, you just lost your company about $1,000 a year foremost and Im betting thousands more from all the people I will be speaking to in addition to those who read this review.

I live nearby. Four days ago, I took my car to this place for a wash. During the wash, the brush came on unusually strong (sounded loud) and broke my driver-side mirror completely off. The guys working at this place at that time said they could not do anything for what happened. But they asked me to fill out a form anyway and said it was going to be given the owner. Today I went there again to check on the status. A guy (I assume it was the owner) came out and said he had never received any forms about it. He even said he was in the shop that day and didnt see anything happened that day. What sh**** lier!!! When I showed him a picture I took about the filled form. He then could not deny anymore but said since the car was too old they would not do anything about it. If your car is 8-yr old or has more than 100k miles on it, you better not wash your car there. It could severely damage your car!!! And they will not be responsible about it!!! Take your car to a brushless car wash. Avoid this place!!!

I have been a customer since 2012 until today. The customer experience was not the most important thing to the manager. The most important thing today was closing up. I arrived a few minutes before it started raining. I purchased the Dust Buster (Car Wash and self vacuum). As I was exiting the wash I noticed the staff collecting all the vac hoses. They saw me and hooked one back up; however the hose had zero power. The manager (Fredirico) came over and said we are closed. I mentioned that they werent closed 2 minutes earlier when I purchased the Dust Buster. He said come back tomorrow. I stated I paid for a wash and vac and not just a wash. I wanted the vac or my money back. He said come back tomorrow. I informed him that I purchased services for today (now) and expected him to provide them. He stated once again come back tomorrow. Not a shining example of great customer service. With a new car wash opening on El Dorado across from Costco this location has seen me for the last time.

First let me start by saying this place is far from the best deal in town, They are typically 30-40% more expensive then anywhere else in Frisco or Plano. I spent 60 bucks to have a car wash... They left my entire driver side un dried with water spots all over. The inside of my car looked like the back of the guys head from Coming to America... I swear someone spilled Gury Curl cream all over it... It was disgusting.. To top it all off they parked my front bumper of my new 750i BMW on the curb scratching it all up... So when I talked to the manager he honestly looked at me with a crappy grin and said what do you want me to do about it!! I said fix it.. He said talk to the owner.. You will have to keep calling cause he probably wont return your call... ARE YOU KIDDING. Worst people in the world, I dont know if the owner knows they are acting this way, I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt but its been 3 days and still no call back
