A new salesman, Joe, came into my Job and offered me a detail for $54.99 for a “pick two” off the advertised brochure. (an auto shop next door) I was happy with the price, but I proposed to bring it the next day since I had my Camaro seats in my Civic and didn’t want them to touch or move it. They are heavy rusty metal seats. I had placed them a certain way so it would not damage the interior of my civic. I had one seat in my trunk and one on top of my FOLDED back seats. Plus it was a rainy day and they even closed early trying to haggle with me while Im trying to be focused at my job. After repeating to Joe many times that I would bring my car the next day, he took my keys and said we will just do the front today, so I agreed to ONLY do the front half of my civic. A few hours later he parked my car in the back of the shop where I worked and asked for my payment. I told Joe that I will come with him. When we arrived to the cashier. He told the owners wife my bill was $150. After giving her my card I mentioned that it was agreed that the bill would be $54.99 as advertised. Joe pretended that he never showed me the special then "remembered" it being $119.99 and said "charge her $119.99" She then charged my card $119.99. I left angry and decided I will have to dispute it later as I was still on the clock at work and did not have time to argue. When I went to inspect the work that was done, I noticed that the exterior was washed, my back seats were folded back up with the dirty Camaro seat on top of my light gray FABRIC seats, AND my floor matts were missing. Then to find out my car had more damages!! Result - Stained Seat, missing floor matts, long scratch along the left inner door panel, another deep scratch on the back of the passenger seat, and the cover along the side where my seat belt is was broken off. I SPECIFICALLY said DO NOT TOUCH OR MOVE ANYTHING IN THE BACK OF MY CAR!! For this very reason! The following day I confronted the owner and he completely blew me off, and just told me to run it through the wash again since it had rained the same day it was washed (unrequested). After I convinced the owner to try to remove the stain, I spoke to one of the employees as he was trying to get the stain out of my back seat and he said he was the one who had removed my seats. I find it interesting when the following Saturday my mother, title owner, came to speak with the owner. He refused to give her his name, he yelled at her while throwing his hands in the air and lied to her face saying that he himself removed the seats. I am beyond upset with they way he treats customers and his employees. The dishonesty, the scamming, the overall quality of the service is baffling. He blew me off and my mother off. Now Im short $120 and have to pay nearly $700 in damages, when the whole purpose of the detail was to sell my vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

I swear the girl that takes payment is retarted. I went there this weekend to get a quote on how much it would be to get my seat cleaned and the guy was nice and said he would clean the one seat for $20. So I came back later that day to get it cleaned and when I went to pay the girl kept asking if thats what the guy told me and I kept telling her yes and she had said "ok but I dont want to charge you that and he says it something higher and I could ask him but hes all the way over there (in the garage) ....." I told her I would go ask him again to confirm but Im sure he told me $20 and she was like "ok ok $20. So you want a car was as well?" I asked her how much a basic would be and it was around $6 so I said yes. Then she was like "can you go ask the guy again? Ill charge you the 6 now and You can go through the car wash and when you come back around you can ask him how much he charges and Ill charge the rest" SERIOUSLY?? I dont have time to do all that I had to go back to work. I told her to just give me my card back (multiple times) yet she still swipe it and told me to go ask. So I did. And sure enough it was $20 but then the guy said for $10 more he would wash both front seats. I said ok and went back to the girl and told her I owed her $10 more for the other seat and so she swiped my card again. I left my car and headed back to work because it was my lunch break. When I came to pick up my car the (Im assuming owner) came and told me I only paid for $10 that I didnt pay the whole $30 and he sounded pissed and I was like wth? She charged me the first time and told me to ask to confirm and I did and went to pay the other $10 for the other seat. So the owner went to ask the girl and brought her back. And she was like "noooo she never paid the other $20 just $10. Seriously??? Why the hell did she swipe my card and not charge anything?? Now the owner was acting like I was trying to rip them off or something and I felt horrible about it. Im never going back again. The guy however was really nice but other than that it was a horrible and embarrassing experience.

Well, the first time I went there was a good 6 months ago with my other car, and the manager took care of me making sure that I received the cleaning I paid for. He was an older man, very professional. Today I went there with my Porshe SUV, and explained to the cashier that I only went there because they did a good job the last time I went they did take good care of me, and the one close to my home had a very bad service all the 4 times I paid them to do it, anyhow, he looked at me funny just because I explained that. So I paid and went through the car wash and did park inside their garage to do their package "Clean and Cream", it was about 6 min they called me outside because it was done. I got skeptical because you cannot possibly do a good job in that amount of time. I take at least 3 hours to clean just the interior of my car, the small one, the SUV I would for sure take more than that. So I ask the employee, are you sure my car is ready? Can I check it? Well, he said yes, naturally. So the first thing I did was open the trunk, it was full of dirt in the carpet and a lot of hair in the back of the back seats too. Then I opened the front doors and there was paper to be thrown away in the middle compartment, they just closed and well... if you dont see the dirt is clean, right? So I asked him to clean it. He could have just vacuumed, but he wiped, and in the pocket of the 4 doors there was dirt that could have been vacuumed as well. I did point that out and he was cleaning when the cashier shown up and said that cleaning or scrubbing (scrubbing???) was a part of the package of detailing and I did not paid for it, then I shown him the dirt that was no vacuumed in the doors, he literally sent his employee inside and chase me out of the garage. WOW. So I cannot ask to receive what I paid for. That was not a good experience, and I dont have to say I will never purchase any service from that business.
