on 7/24/12 My son visited this clean n go and paid 39.75 for a inspection. I was told that my car didnt pass inspection due to the windshild wipers and a leak in the power steering hose. I replaced the wipers and check the power stearing fluid I am a woman so feel like he is just not being helpful. I revisited the establishment and told the inspector to recheck the car cause last summer the hose was replace and the macanic found no leaks. The inspector wouldnt recheck and blew me off. He also added that they were out of stickers to come back on tuesday 7/31/12 after 2:00 pm. I took my car to City Garage and they found no leak. I went back to the clean and Go on Teusday 7/31/12 He wouldnt check the car and told me it was a few 10 min before 7:00 he had already close the inspection computer. Today this morning I went back 9:00am he ask me did you clean it up I told him no he and refused to look at the car and blew me off. I took my car back to the City Garage he said Cynthia no leak they sent me back . I went back today to the Clean and go talk to the mananger said he didnt see a problem and talked to the inspector. the inspector told the Manager to tell me to replace a clip. I went to the City Garage they replace both clips and I return too the Clean and Go. Showed the worker I relpace not one but both clips on the power steering which were never leaking for my inspection. Clean and Gos inspector is not nice and rude!! Brian C. was mean and when I came back didnt even look at the car he put the sticker on he was rude and not at all friendly. I will never come back to this Clean and Go. I made a total of 6 times to get an inspection sticker. This inspector has a bad additude and abuses his atthority. I think I was treated badly and will never go back to Clean N Go. this gives a poor view of customer service and how Iam sure he treats ladies, female customers. Clean and Go. This is the one located between Trinity Mills and Frankford Rd. this inspectors name is Brian and will also send a letter to CleanN GO and also to the state of Texas .

I have been bringing both my cars here for the last 2 years. I took my truck to be washed on 4-25-14. The outside of my truck was full of mud but the inside wasnt thats bad. I purchased a full service wash ($19.99) and told the guy I wanted to vacuum it myself but I needed them to wipe the inside down. He said okay and took $3.00 off. When I started to vacuum the truck the workers came over and started to wipe down the outside and inside, one of the guys said that they will come back to do the inside when I was finished vacuuming ,I said okay. When I was done vacuuming I reminded them that the inside still needed to be wiped down. The guy that takes your money when you first pull in then came over and said that he saw them wipe it down already and that they will not do it again. I told him that they hadnt done the inside yet and he started to argue with me telling me that he saw them do it. I told him to look at the inside of my truck ( the dash was still dusty and there was dirt on the doors, seats and running board still, it was very visible) he looked inside but told me all they do for the $19.99 service is wipe it down I told them I understand but it was never wiped down. He then walks away and as does he says that he saw them wipe it down. I asked for the Corporate number and they would not give it to me I asked multiple times and all they did was offer a free car wash for next time I said no that I was never going back again and then the Asian guy asked me how much I paid, I gave him the receipt he then gave me my money back which I didnt ask for him to do. I asked for the receipt back because I still wanted to make a corporate complaint, he hesitated to give it to me. I told them I would never be back again. Horrible Service!!! Oh and the web site they have on Google isnt even for the car wash. I posted pics of what the inside looked like after they "wiped" it down and my receipt.

The customer service at this place sucks. The first time I washed my car there the chunky hispanic guy who works at the register asked me for my phone number and after I told him I was taken he came out to my car while I was vacuuming to tell me how beautiful I was. The second time I visited this place it was extremely busy, I paid for a wash, dry, tire clean, and to use the free vacuum. The towel dry was a mess. I waited so long to pull in the water dried out on my car. The only white guy that works there looks like hes around 60 came out to my car while I was finishing up vacuuming and asked are you done? Then tkld me, we have people waiting. He proceeded to say that Im only worried about myself. I told him YOU DAM RIGHT! I paid for services and I be DAM if I pull off and finish cleaning my car somewere else. I them told him to get the hell away from me. As he walked away he said under his breath dont come back..trust me this place is trash. The workers there are lazy and disrespectful. Dont waist your time. I hated to rate this business with one star. There is a $6 car wash on marsheltline that has remarkable customer service!

Very disappointing experience. My wife and I have been using this neighborhood carwash for years. The business has apparently changed hands. The new management now provides a "Basic" carwash (for $1) more than the previous owner charged) that is truly basic. So basic that they turn off the scrubbers and brushes or blower. I got water, soap and rinse. The hand-towel dry service ("free") was a disappointment. I sat in the sun for 5 minutes, allowing my car to dry in the sun, while three employees stood around and chatted. Fed up, I drove off. When I called and complained to the manager on duty, he said "Im sorry you feel that way." Really? I assured him that, while he may have saved some money by not operating the brushes or blower, he just lost all of my business. I will take my business elsewhere. This will certainly free up the homies to stand around and talk to each other.

Buyer beware!!! I purchased a $29.99 car wash with detail. Upon completion I tipped the employee and left. Within an hour I noticed that the drivers side mud mat was missing. I then checked the rest of the car and noted that the left rear mat was missing as well. I immediately went back to the car wash. The manager (Charlie) said it wasnt in the car. I insisted that they look for it. After 10 minutes he returned, and told me to look for it at home. I asked for the owners name or insurance information. He refused to provide it to me. I have priced the replacement cost for my 2013 XC90 which is around $109.00. I am not sure why they would refuse to look or want to keep two mats, but I hope that the owner will read this and do the right thing! They should be replaced. They were 110% definitely in the car upon arrival.
