ZERO stars is not an option...only reason they got a 1 star. Thankfully a bunch of new car washes are newly built and more are being built. This place needs a ton of work. Only two full service bays open out of 6 in the middle of the day on one of the best weather days of the year yet not staffed. No wait to get thru the wash yet a quoted 45 min wait to get the full service complete. Sat in line for 15 min (12 cars deep) and not one of the two cars being serviced in the 2 bays open moved. Spoke with the General Manager "Nick" who had a sub par attitude AT BEST. When I asked why only down two bays in service, the answer I received was "I dont need help doing my job or running this place;" safe to say the 12 in front of me and the 3 behind me may disagree. This is the best part. I told him that I didnt appreciate his attitude or the service provided and that I would return to complete my wash ordered today when the line and his attitude improved. He responded by telling me "thats fine, go" I immediatley let him know that I would be posting reviews highlighting the terrible experience to which Nick responded "thats fine, do it." Simple offer and acceptance .... verbally. I left and the Police called me stating they were on their way to the location to investigate my theft of services. Needless to say, the call to 911 was put to rest once they put 2 and 2 together. Choose wisely my friends. ****note....even if I had all day to wait for my car to be complete..I would still post a very negative review on this place. Poor management at best given you only staff for two bays on a 78 degree temp not a cloud in the sky day....at noon???? wow. Reading the other reviews....this is clearly an ongoing problem for quite some time.

My wife used Mr Clean several times for washes and liked the service. When it came time for an oil change she ran it by because its very convienant. Soon after that she stated that the car was shifting funny and after about 1500 miles her Stabili-Trac and check engine light came on. We called the Chevy dealer and they said to make an appointment but the Stabili-Trac light would more than likely be a sensor issue. I travel for work so its not often I ride in her car. One afternoon I was outside while she drove by the house and the car was making a horrible sound. She said it had started this a few days prior so I decided to check the oil. The dip stick didnt show anything. The next day we took the car down the street to another quick lube place and they drained less than a quart of oil out of the car. It was a 2011 and no oil leaks were found and no oil on or around the engine. The air filter cover was off and the filter wasnt installed, they just left it on the engine. Panic set in when small metal shavings were found in the oil so I parked the car and scheduled to take it to the local dealer. I had contacted Mr Clean and they did express concern and wanted to be included in the initial inspection. After leaving the car for 3 days the dealer found no severe damage and returned the car. With all of that said...I never heard anything else from Mr Clean. No apologies for not putting oil in the car. No offer to refund the $70 synthetic oil change. Absolutely nothing at all. I understand mistakes can and will be made. But what makes a person or company is how do they handle those situations when they happen.

I want to thank your crew in Frisco, TX for ruining my vacation by mis-threading the drain plug on my Hummer when they completed the last oil change causing it to break off when they went to complete todays oil change. This completely explains the small oil leak I have had since the last oil change and there is no way this issue could have been known until the next oil change. Because of it my truck is now in a dealership awaiting repairs and may take several days (up to 5 days depending on parts), despite the fact that we had planned on leaving for vacation the very next day. They were at least kind enough to WASH the truck (although not very well I might add) and vacuum the inside (again, not a very good job!). Repairs are estimated to cost $2200 and they are now saying its not their fault, despite the fact that they have done all oil changes for the past year!! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE CENTER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE HANDLED INCORRECTLY BY INCOMPETENT MECHANICS and a management staff that REFUSES to accept responsibility for their actions!

I have had my car washed here about 20 times because I bought their booklets which give multiple washes at a discount. I was never really quite satisfied. There were always little spots missed but I am not too anal so I didnt pay any mind. Everything was decent. Then I went to two other carwashes close by to this one. Each one produced a substantially sharper looking truck than this place. Here are the reasons why I believe. A decent percentage of the time there is at least one brush in the carwash not working. The towel drying after the carwash doesnt take place until after the vehicle has been sitting in the sun waiting for a free worker. The towel drying takes place at the same time as the interior wipedown. There are young kids that work here that consistently miss spots inside and out. Bottom line, I was very pleasantly surprised by how good my truck looked after going to the two other car washes. This car wash for whatever reason just doesnt produce a vehicle as clean as their competition. Everyone that works here is very nice though.

I was a loyal customer until the Red Shrits! The employees in red shirts are just masquerading as employees. They are thereto pull the old scam "did you know your windshield has damage trick" and are not part of Mr. Clean. They will claim free repair but you must fill out paperwork that alows them to seek payment from your insurance company. They are persistent, I was approached three times in one visit after complaining and on my way out I was hit up again. Thats when I walked back in and canceled my Fast Pass. I was impressed originally by the quality but lately the vacuums are broken. The tunnel brush equipment is frequently not working properly. The fast lane pass entrance has always had issues. You wait in line forever to get your interior cleaned. Top it off with the new management that seems to not care anymore and I took my money elsewhere. There are not many other choices, all seem to have issues but Mr. Clean could fix this...they choose to continue with the windshield SCAM! Mike M. Frisco resident

Mr. Clean Carwash Frisco does NOT stand behind their work!! They are currently trying to give us the runaround on damages done to our vehicle while it was in for an oil change. Damages are estimated to cost over $2000 and they are trying to avoid taking responsibility for mechanical errors that THEY made while servicing our truck. Stay tuned....this is not over by a longshot!! ****UPDATE**** Repairs have been complete for almost 2 weeks now and we have been waiting for Bruce Arnett Jr., the owner of Mr. Clean Carwash in Frisco, to reimburse us for the $1907.94. ($1383.31 for repair and $524.63 for only 1 week of rental car) Well, I get notice today that the check is FINALLY in the mail.....a little over 1 month later. It took what seemed like forever, but they finally made good on payment. So...with that, Ill move them from a 1 star up to a 3. I always had good service there up until this fiasco.
